Mental determination and willpower have “fueled” the enterprises of the old world.  The new world is built on a totally different energy.  If you’re feeling frustrated by the inability to build and sustain your life, you might need to switch to a new kind of fuel!

The natural world formerly held enough unity to generate life force for most to thrive physically if not otherwise.  We received it as food, and as resources.  But we have used up and poluted the raw material that the old world offers and there is little left for us on most levels.  The life force on Earth has declined to a dangerously low level since world contracts shifted from old world to new world in 2012.  This was part of the contract, that the old-world would no longer provide what we need.  It has been a warning that we can’t continue living in the old-world way.  The old world is dying both within humanity and within the natural world.  We can no longer run on mental determination and willpower or the resources of the planet.  That is no longer being supported.

The new fuel is generated through unity of spirit and Earth.  I call it Holy Spirit/Force of Unity and it is the raw material that life has always been built of, but which people have known little about.

The ascension process we entered in 2012, demands that we generate this raw material of life through unifying our human selves and our spiritual selves here on Earth.  When we do that, we begin to co-create the new world.  Then the natural world can likewise step up to its new world self.  No longer at our mercy, the natural world becomes co-creators of life with us.

If we continue to run on mental determination and will-power, or to rely on the life force in nature, we will find ourselves in difficulty on more and more levels of our lives.  We need to learn to live within the new world laws of life, governed by unity and fueled by Holy Spirit/Force of Unity.

I have been teaching how to do this for 40 years, and fortunately we, in this ascending community are rapidly stepping up to this new opportunity.  It doesn’t take the whole world to initiate this shift.  It only takes a percentage of us.  So, you have a role to play in the success of world healing and ascension.  We will get into the new world anyway, but when we co-create, it happens so much more safely and easily.  I am very grateful for your increasing commitment and help with this.

Holding unity between human and Higher Self while grounded on the planet is how we generate Holy Spirit/Force of Unity and how we begin to co-create and smooth our ascension.  I teach this in everything I do, and increasingly you are telling me of your deepened commitment and success doing this.  I am so grateful!

Here are three suggestions that seem right to share for this week if you want to use them:

1 – Quick Chakra Tuning – This exercise not only tunes your chakras and helps you to receive upgrades to higher vibration/new world chakras.  It also exercises your chakras.  This pulls your aura, soul and spirit more into your body and increases your ground in a very clear and beautiful way.  It also expels energies that are old world, and things you are carrying from others in the past or present that act as blocks to your unity and wholeness.

2 – Do a morning setup first thing in your day.  A setup is whatever brings you into center, ground, and unity with Higher Self.  Then invite your Higher Self to stay within your human life to guide you and help co-create your day.  Imagine your setup carrying you through your day grounded, centered and in unity, all the way to your bedtime and then through the night.  Then setup in the morning again first thing.  Consistency will give you the greatest success.  Consider this a gift to yourself, rather than a chore.  An act of self-love and commitment to your greatest good.  It is also the way you can help the world to heal and ascend.  There will be resistance from your old world inertia.  Ignore it and do it anyway is my advice!

If needed you can repeat this at any point in the day where you tend to lose energy and unity.

When you hold unity, it helps all of us.  Together we connect with each other in the new world.  There we are with all our Higher Selves and spirit helpers and in that unity we support a smoother journey on Earth.  When you are not doing that, you are making things just a little bumpier for everyone.  Every little movement into the new world is a blessing, you don’t have to do it perfectly, just do your best and build the muscle stronger through practice.
