With atoms ascending and now awakening molecules to ascend too, I was guided to focus on the planet itself one day this week and that was splendid!  It is so wonderful to feel the new world Earth gaining strength and as it does our own transformation kicks into gear even more strongly.  When I’m focused in the new world Earth, everything is right with the world.  There is so much beauty, joy, and aliveness!  It feels rich, satisfying and safe.  I’m always cautious and responsible about who I choose to be and how I choose to act because that is the big lesson of individuation.  But the safety I feel is the unity and unconditional love that characterizes the new world experience.

All of this change at the atomic and molecular level is causing a ton of clearing!  Upgrades for body, soul, emotion, mind, ego, and aura are happening rapidly, shifting us further into the new world.  This, however, can cause ascension symptoms to increase.  You could be having pains that appear and feel worrisome and then are gone before too long!  Symptoms of weakness may be followed by new feelings of strength.  Fatigue can come on suddenly and overwhelmingly, and then you have more energy than ever once you get grounded and plugged into your new world self.

So, make time daily to get grounded into your new world self!  Do your spiritual work creating unity between your human self, higher self, and the new world earth.  In this way you get to stay as strong and comfortable as possible.  Ask from your heart throughout the day and especially at night when you are tired to live in your new world body, in the new world.  The new world nursery tool I teach can help you to stay in that positive wholeness and unconditionally loving focus.  I teach that tool for free in Eve’s 3 Most Important Things Video #3.  Find it in Resources below this post.  The first two of that series teach the steps if they are new to you.

Feelings of anxiety, heaviness, toxicity, fatigue and pain can be caused by a buildup of old-world debris that wants to be cleared.  The August 28^th, 2015 post on this site teaches about the Ascension River which helps to clear debris built up on all levels and helps you to ascend more easily.  You can search for it through any search box on this site.

A sea salt foot bath can help a lot.  ¼ cup of any sea salt in a dishpan of warm water.  Soak your feet for 10 minutes or more.  Then dispose of the water and rinse your feet in fresh water.  This can pull lots of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual toxins and old-world debris out of your body, soul, and aura leaving you feeling fresh, relaxed and more comfortable.  It also clears negativity you pick up from others, so is very useful at this time in the world situation.

Stay focused in your new world self, in unity of Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, body, aura, and Earth.  When your mind and emotions feel drawn into the polarized chaos around you and the reactivity of people toward what they see as wrong, work to remain in a state of centered unity and trust.  However old world some of your knee jerk responses may be, work with them in unconditional love until the love is where you are and who you know yourself to be.
