Since the Pacific Ocean helped me to initiate ascending atoms work our new world bodies are being activated!  It makes this process faster and more comfortable when people actively participate in it.

Many people are experiencing bodily discomfort lately as part of their ascension process.  The need for greater integration of new world body is responsible for that.  As I have been working to address this issue, the following things have been helpful:

**First of all, unity between our physical body and our Higher Self is the essence of ascension of body and needs to be strong.  For this I center and identify with my Inner Wisdom as “me”.  This requires a letting go of my old-world belief that I am my body, and personality.  This first step, while familiar to all my students always has to be addressed to deepen this reality.  Even experienced students and light workers have to constantly clarify this fact to own the experience.  Our old world ego and body identity is habitual.

Inner Wisdom is a seed of Higher Self within the body and is most easily perceived deep within our open heart chakra.

Higher Self is your piece of the Oneness from which all life flows, which I call essence of truth of God.  Or, the clearest focus of the One I can access at this time beyond people’s religious ideas about that.

I need to clarify these things so people can embrace this important step.  Even though it is review for most of you.

I accept no boxes on the Oneness!  But years ago, I decided that religious people don’t get to have exclusive rights to the term God.  I don’t believe there are any boxes on that Oneness, or any limits on our access to it.  No interface by others needed – priests, ministers, other authorities.  No retribution for what we believe or don’t believe.  We are each a part of that Oneness. It is our most primal focus of self!  So, I coined the term essence of truth of God to help myself and others move beyond our religious PTSD and own our truth freely.

This is important to our ascension work because unity between our bodies and that Oneness is required both for healing and ascension.  This unity is the goal of ascension and so it will grow within us as we ascend. It isn’t necessary that you use the same words for that Oneness as I or anyone else.  But it is the connection and openness to it which I have found to be essential.  The old world tells us we are not God and are separate from that One.  This is a lie.  We are each an essential part of that Oneness, always have been, always will be.  Higher Self is a good term because it doesn’t tend to push the religious buttons.  Our Higher Self is our piece of the One.

I have a phrase that I use which helps me to own my unity with the One within my body. This is something that is still quite challenging to hold consistently, though it is growing easier so, I use this phrase frequently.  Whenever I feel disconnected, ungrounded, or have pain in my body, or feel psychically vulnerable, feel hurt by others, or so many other times I find this phrase works well for me.  You can change the wording if needed.  As long as you are seeking the unity with Higher Self and the Oneness it will help achieve your goal whichever words you find work for you.

This is an absolute statement of our true self and it is powerful!  Here is the phrase:

• The essence of truth of God is within me and I am within the essence of truth of God

For this work, I begin by centering in my Inner Wisdom.

I identify with my Inner Wisdom as myself and then bring a focus of myself to my body.  I could focus either overall on my body’s atoms or on a particular body part that is having problems.

Once focused there, I use the phrase I gave you to awaken the unity.

** Secondly – Once I have achieved that first level of unity between my Inner Wisdom, my body and essence of truth of God, I will be feeling alive and anchored and unified.  Then I am ready for the next piece.

I welcome the ascended atoms of my body.  About 40% of our atoms are ascended now and they show up with a lot of focus, strength, and beautiful life force.  As you engage with them in your body you will feel a stronger and more joyful energy awaken.  Your body’s vibration will begin to rise.

** Thirdly – You may notice a change beginning to happen in your molecules as you focus on your body’s atoms.  Welcome Higher Self to work with the atoms to help your molecules ascend as well.

** Fourth – Now ask to live in your new world body!

I am finding this request to make a huge difference for myself.  However, I need to ask for it repeatedly.

Whenever I feel pain or other discomfort, even of emotion and mind, asking for my new world body lightens those symptoms or even eliminates them!  But because I have a habit of living in my old world body, the discomfort returns when I lose my new world focus. I bet you will find the same for awhile yet. So, repeatedly asking for your new world body as needed throughout the day, will help you shift back to that.

I think for now the first three steps will need to be used daily in order for the fourth step to give you the quick assist you will want to have!

I taught some of this briefly in the recent Pacific Ocean post and in the February Monthlies Class.  However, the effectiveness of the work is increasing as the atoms have been doing their work for about a month now.  I find that working this way is much stronger and faster now; helping blocks clear quickly and easily and our new world bodies to awaken even more.  Ongoing work with this is required to smooth not only our personal body ascension but for all people and our world to have a gentler transition.  So, thanks for your help if you choose to work with this!
