The ascension process is proceding in amazing ways!  The presence of the new world energies can be felt emerging in more and more places and with increasing strength.

Everything is changing, within you and around you and ultimately that change will be for the better.  As you grow, there are places in your life, both within and without at different points along the way where you will feel uncomfortable and maybe stuck.  You may wait and wait for change, knowing it will come, but it still doesn’t happen.

That is when you go within and ask your inner wisdom, deep within your heart chakra and sometimes within your belly, what it is that you still need to finish within yourself to be complete with the situation.  Be assured that when you are finished with it, it will pass away and the next phase will come on stage in your life.  Sometimes you just have to let yourself go a little deeper into your feelings, your courage, your patience or your past to find the release button for that old pattern.

Just when you think it will never happen and you get most frustrated with it, you’ll hit the bottom and the button will go off and things will change.  Then you’ll be so glad you stuck it out because the release will be such a relief and the new world energies will feel so much more like home to you.
