The spiritual energies of the new world have become very strong and they need help to ground into our physical reality.  I’m hoping you will lend your assistance by working with your power animals!  I’m gifting you something to make this extra fun and effective.

Ascension requires us to hold increasing unity between the physical world and our higher selves and the Oneness of life.  This unity needs to be in our own bodies, emotions, minds, souls and aura.  People tend to live in either the physical experiences, their mental head space, or their spiritual energies.  Creating wholeness by getting those to work together within us is a huge part of my work and teaching because it is so valuable.  Power animals are a first-person tradition through all cultures which awaken our spiritual energies within our physical experience.  They are powerful, and joyful too!

As I was participating in some amazing work with World Healing & Ascension this morning, I was aware of the need for more of that earthy spiritual energy to be generated to help ground the increasingly powerful new world energies in spirit to join with the physical aspects of humanity and the planet. This will allow it to create increased wholeness within us and strengthen the new world.

I was shown that if you will merge with your power animals over the next couple of weeks as often as feels good it will help the necessary integration to happen for the world just by helping it to ground within yourself. Each of us are connected with our own soul groups.  When we use this technique to increase wholeness within ourselves, it will allow the new world to anchor within proximity of those in your soul groups. This will awaken unity with Higher Self increasingly as they are ready for that within their experience on Earth.

Any time we create unity between higher spirit and the physical world it generates the raw material of life that allows co-creation to occur between human and divine.  I call that beautiful substance Holy Spirit and Force of Unity.  You may call it whatever you want.  But it is the energy that recharges us and allows spirit to act in the world allowing things to heal and ascend and to co-create within our lives. It brings higher wisdom, guidance and love from our Inner Wisdom, Higher Self and essence of truth of God to manifest unconditional love and the new world experience.  (Essence of truth means the clearest focus of something beyond people’s limited ideas about it).

The power animal journey I teach is a rich experience of joining your physical and instinctual self to your higher self in a meditation to discover which power animal is most helpful for you at the current time.  Then it also teaches you to merge with that animal spirit to empower yourself and your life.  I am offering it free on MP3 from my website store! Find Instructions at the end of this post.  Or you can work with the animals you already have.  But it can be very helpful and satisfying to find a new power animal ready to help you at this time on your path when you use the meditation.

Once you have your power animal the MP3 will teach you to merge with it. This will bring up wholesome life force from below through the new world earth and into your lower chakras.  You can help this by focusing on receiving that deep, strong life force as it rises.  When it is flowing you feel heat and strength and a deep sense of being nourished by the earth.  Then you can welcome your higher spiritual energies to join with that, including Inner Wisdom in your heart chakra, and Higher Self and essence of truth of God through your crown.  Hold the earthy energies like a pot of soil to plant those spiritual energies into.  This will hold a deep unity within you and generate a whole lot more of that creative substance of life which will make you feel whole and strong.  This brings healing and co-creating into your body and aura and the world.

The experience with power animal is instinctual and feeling rather than intellectual.  Work from your open heart and enter into the feeling experience, allowing your mind to be an observer instead of directing the show.  Just center in your heart, belly and root to allow the mind to relax and open to the experience.  That will get you into the right focus for this work.

Merging with your power animals daily is great!  But it is your call whether you want to do it 3 times a day or 3 times a week.  Or even just once in the next two weeks will help a great deal.  Whether you use the MP3 to find a new power animal or work with those you already have, together our work will support the current phase of integration that is needed, bringing the new world more significantly into our lives and our Earth.
