It may not surprise you when I say that the pains and struggles of our bodies and lives are the signposts leading us to where our work is.  The need to work with ascending joints for my family led to my most effective work yet ascending DNA.

I love how when something is ready to happen, the necessary guidance and support comes to focus; where prior to that point I may feel like I am fumbling in the dark.  It appears that fumbling is often necessary to get to the point where focus is possible, but I like it much better when everything comes together and points in the direction I need to go.

Numerous complaints within my immediate family regarding joints were signposts that it was the right time to work with this common issue for people and pets.  I was pleased when I received a clear direction for doing that.  What I was told to do surprised me, though in hindsight it makes perfect sense.  I needed to center my consciousness within my own leg bones and to invite my Higher Self to be present there.  Then I was guided into my bone marrow, then into my blood, then into my DNA.

From there I was guided into the world DNA at the time of Atlantis.  I learned that our DNA as we know it was developed during that period.  Prior to that, as I have known for some time, we had light bodies, more like what we are co-creating now as new world bodies.  Not the same but with many commonalities.  So, it made sense that DNA began in Atlantis.  Our bodies were still lighter at that point, but many of the limitations we live with now were designed into the DNA during that civilization.

DNA is more than the obvious molecules.  Like all living things it has an aura which is significantly bigger than the molecules themselves.  Within the aura of our DNA, we carry many gifts as well as old world challenges, opportunities, and blocks.  For years most of my DNA work was within its aura.  I feel that I am now observing the molecular transformation as well.  I perceive new world energies gathering and focusing on the ascension of the whole DNA molecule and aura and am truly excited about what that means for our world!

Holding focus as requested in my leg bones, I was able to anchor into the strength and wholeness within myself which was necessary for this work.  It allowed a huge number of the limitations we took on for our evolution during the period of Atlantis to be cleared.  The clearing reminded me of an Alka-Seltzer tablet dropped into water – how the bubbles fizz up, dissolving the tablet.  I felt humbled, blessed, and grateful to have my role for world ascension take me to this amazing experience.

My ongoing job is to continue to hold that focus in my leg bones 3 times a day to support this clearing of the old and co-creating of the new world within our DNA.  I’ve also taught a couple of people during healing treatments to hold that legbone focus.  The results for them have been excellent, allowing deep change.  It has also helped them be comfortable with that change, feeling safer and more relaxed as they worked with elements of life that have caused them much distress.

Next Tuesday is the Winter Solstice.  I love this time of year for strengthening the light within ourselves and our world when it is so dark and cold on these long nights.  What a great way to bring light into the darkness this deep grounding into our bones can be!
