We have entered another interesting phase in world ascension. The new is strong in many places! But now we are running up against some intrenched blocks.
This happened last summer as well. What I find is that I’m going along with my work, and it just gets smoother and easier and then suddenly, I run into blocks that are not ready to move. It feels like hitting a wall made of dense rubber that only intensifies as I try to work with it. These blocks are inside us, not just in the world around, so it’s tricky.
In these transitions I have discovered how to work, and this may well help you in your own life too. Just center in the new world energies that are growing within you and continue to strengthen them. Let that energy grow strong in proximity to the blocks, but don’t push to shift the blocks. Increasing new world energies near the blocks allows them to loosen up and ultimately shift. If you find it intensifies at all, just back up to where you were before that happened, and continue to strengthen what is willing and able to live in the new world.
This process reminds me of when a child loses their baby teeth because the adult teeth are growing in. The growing new teeth just gradually take up the space and the baby teeth loosen and fall out in their own time.
I love this phase of the process because we get to focus on building and strengthening what is true of us, and not struggle with what is old and stuck. Just enjoy the building!

Hi Lisa ♥️ I keep feeling that it is like birthing. They keep telling you not to push! Then there is that brief period where the baby just needs your helpful push and it could be brief or a little longer. But we have to listen for the right time and just breathe with it until then 🕊. This is such a gentle way to approach change. Really like this. A couple days ago, before reading this blog, I was working with an energetics healer to release energetically as well as structurally in my neck,. When we both recognized the resistance in the structure, I went to my typical intention to implore: “release“. But I was told by Spirit to instead use the intention of imploring “subtle connection“. The physical structure subsequently realigned in a way that I’ve never seen before.
