The other day I worked with my personal Qabalah Tree of Life and the Archangels of each sphere.  It very gently and smoothly shifted me to my next level of unity and wholeness in the new world and I felt wonderful.  I thought it was time to offer this tool to you as well!

Qabalah or Tree of Life is a cosmic template on which The One created life as we know it.  Every single facet of life, every person and every part of every person, every blade of grass or drop of water has its own Tree of Life on which it was built and is sustained.

As we ascend, our personal Qabalah Tree of Life is being reborn over and over to hold us intact with each energetic soul and body shift. Here is a diagram to help you orient during the meditation to the parts of your body/aura that correspond to the spheres on the Qabalah Tree of Life.  As you look at the image it is as though you are looking into the mirror.  The left side of the page is the left side of your body.  The right side is the right side of your body.

Each sphere has a Hebrew name and an associated Archangel which will help you tune, heal and empower the different focuses they hold of your soul and potentials.  Working the Tree helps you to balance, strengthen, heal and evolve in all the different aspects of yourself.  The meditation MP3 will talk you briefly through what each sphere represents to you.

The Qabalah & Archangel Healing takes about 1 hour, so plan for that. This is a deep and powerful meditation, so don’t try it while driving.  Give yourself time and a safe, private place to work. If you drift off during it you can try standing up, moving your body or alternating positions. Listening when walking or on a workout machine can be good for some. You will feel reborn when you are finished!
