Things are on the move toward sovereignty; that experience of wholeness, integrity and authority which ultimately leads to Ascended Mastery.  This is what the new world is calling us toward.  This potential is already present in essence within us, growing daily.

The old world was created by causing separation between individuals and God.  It also created separation between us and others and fragmentation within own selves.  This disunity was necessary for the evolution of individuality, but now it is time to enter the new world and to do this we need to claim our wholeness so we can ascend.  (For more about ascension read my book Riding the Wave of Change – see Resources below this post.)

Over the next two blog posts – unless I have breaking news to impart, in which case it may be delayed at some stage along the way – I am going to share MP3’s with you of powerful tools I designed to assist the return to wholeness and the movement toward sovereignty.  These essential tools have been evolved through my work over the past 35 years.  Many of you have used them before in classes or treatments.  The gift of these essential tools is that they haven’t grown old, and we haven’t yet grown out of them.  But whenever we work with them, they take us to a new depth of healing we are ready for at the time.  With so much shifting quickly now, these tools are more helpful than ever before.

Our goal through these tools is to move toward wholeness and ultimately sovereignty; claiming body, emotions, mind, conscious and unconscious aspects of self out of the separated, fragmented state and into greater unity.

During the old world, we have been in varying degrees permeable to other people’s issues.  Their thoughts, emotions and soul parts have been received by each of us through hereditary lines, soul groups and people who have been close to us in this and other lifetimes.  Especially during times when we were not grounded because of infancy and childhood, due to stress, substance use or weakness, we have been opened and taken their baggage on as our own.  This vulnerability has also been intensified by yeast overgrowth, fungus, mold, and other microbial infections which create openings within body and aura allowing us to be more permeable.  Now we are ready to become more whole and sovereign, releasing what is not our own. These tools will also help us to work with our own inner children; to heal them and to receive their gifts, returning us to greater wholeness on many levels.

What exciting work this is, especially now when our true selves are growing strong enough in the new world that clearing this stuff is almost like shedding an old skin.  In the past these things were much more of a struggle because our true sense of self was weaker than it is now; and so we couldn’t recognize the difference between our own self and other people’s baggage.  While this is still challenging it is becoming much easier.

Next week I will offer the tool Body Communication FREE from my webstore which will teach you to relax deeply into your body.  Then you can learn to identify blocks and address them effectively.  The realization that much of the baggage we are carrying is not our own takes this work to a new level.  When you find yourself reacting to life in ways that seem too intense, out of character, too fearful or just not what you want to be, be prepared to discover something surprising.  While in the meditation, you might ask if what you find that needs healing is your own or from someone else.  You may find stuff from your mom, dad, siblings, old lovers, friends, enemies – who knows!  But with this tool you will be able to empower the truth of yourself and let go of what is not true of you from whichever source.  Also, you can let go of parts of your own soul that are too broken to heal in this lifetime.  They will be released to that place where the largest part of you is pure spirit, to be healed there.  Then you will learn to relax and be filled with love and your true self.

The week after next if all goes as planned, I will offer Inner Child Work free.  This tool will help you work more deeply with your inner children whether they can heal and merge into your adult self, or need to go to spirit to heal.  Those that heal and merge will bring with them their unique gifts.   You will recognize that you have been missing these gifts since those pieces of your soul fragmented out of your wholeness.

Inner Children are also called Soul Parts.  They are a healthy response to unresolvable or intolerable conflicts.  They can occur at any time of your life, young or old.  A part of your soul will respond to those types of situations by fragmenting off.  They take the trauma and disappear into the unconscious so the conscious part of you may continue to function in your life.  But when stressors push the buttons of that old trauma, related soul parts may step into control of our mind and emotions.  This causes us to behave in ways that are immature and self-defeating because those younger parts of us are still reacting to the past.  They haven’t matured along with the rest of us.  Inner child work helps us to bring our current maturity level to those old stuck places, and then helps every part of us to become more whole.

These two tools, Body Communication and Inner Child Work help us to return to wholeness.  They help us to release baggage we are carrying from our families, soul groups and other relationships or from microbial diseases.  They also help us to recognize, heal and empower or release to spirit to be healed, our own Inner Children.  This clearing, healing and empowering, allows our bodies, emotions, minds and souls to become more whole, strong and impermeable, moving us more easily into maturity and the sovereignty of our new world experience.

When you release soul parts and baggage of your own or other people, you will receive more of your true self that bring gifts needed to move forward into the next stages of your life!  We call this soul rotation, and it is a natural occurrence during a lifetime.  Increasingly so as we ascend.
