There are infinite ways you can respond to the growing pains our world is experiencing, but this is the one that I believe will have the greatest impact at this time.

When I work on behalf of our world, and enter the highest levels of creation where our experiences are designed and founded this is what I find:

Forgiveness for everything and for everyone

is key to releasing the old world experience and heralding the new.

This is something anyone can help with; it takes very little time and brings powerful but gentle results.  Below is a suggestion for how you can use this to help the world to heal and ascend:

1- Open your heart (heart chakra) – an open heart is required to bring change to self and to others.  It is the bridge between human and divine, and between individual and other.  Breathing into your body, and then into your heart chakra invite it to open to unconditional love.

2- Centering in your heart — so that you feel present and focused there rather than your head — ask the Higher Power — by whatever name you use for that — to forgive everyone for everything past, present and future.

2b – It is not necessary but can be helpful if there are particular circumstances and people you wish to heal and ascend in relationship to.  If that’s so, you would open to allow the Higher Power to surround in forgiveness and love the whole story; from start to finish and all involved, releasing it all into that love.  This is regardless of who perceives themselves as victim and who as persecutor.  It is not limited by behaviors that may seem heinous and inexcusable. In order for us to ascend, all need forgiveness and healing regardless of the roles they have played.  On the divine levels all are creators of our reality and all are purposeful; and so all are responsible for our experiences, but none of us are blamed.

3 – Do this work and then let it go, grounding into the present moment like a tree and centering in yourself until you have released it fully.  Then work again another day.  In the interval, things will have begun healing.  And so the effects of your repeated request will build on what has already shifted, allowing deeper and long lasting healing, and for ascension to begin when it is time.  Repeat as often as needed until you feel free of it.  Then it may come up again down the road for further work.
