3 weeks ago during Healing & Ascension Monthlies Class I was guided to teach the participants how to work with the spirit of Sandhill Cranes to bring unity and love more fully within our human experience. I’d like to share this gift with you too! Next Thursday is the final class for this series.  So on May 30th we begin 6 more Monthlies. There are lots of new people joining us, I hope you might do so also!

Here is a piece of what we did together in last month’s class for you to enjoy:

Many of you know that I work with Power Animals by asking the One Source to give to a person a piece of the One in the form of whichever animal will assist their empowerment and healing.  This is one of the most effective tools I have ever learned for the healing of the soul from trauma, and the claiming of repressed personal power.

In this post I am offering you the Sandhill Cranes as a Power Animal for a particular purpose.  The sounds the cranes make carries the soul into unity with the part of us which has never lost our unity with the One Source.  It takes us HOME.

When I first learned to work with this experience I was able to release several layers of an eternity of grief; caused by the separation humans have known from our true selves and unity. I worked with the sounds of the cranes to carry me back HOME for my own healing; and rested in that beautiful experience.  Then I worked with the cranes to strengthen the way HOME to unity for our collective human consciousness.

Currently I am teaching this for a slightly different purpose!  It is to bring that perfect love and unity home here, right into ourselves and our world.  I learned to do that during our last Monthlies Class when the idea came to me spontaneously.  It was an amazing healing for those who were there.

If you are new to Sandhill Cranes the article connected to the link later in this post has some pictures and some information, along with most importantly, the sounds of the cranes.  You can also Google Search for more about them, their lives and personalities.  They are some of the oldest types of creatures still alive on Earth.  I have been blessed with several encounters with them, from seeing their amazing mating dance, to witnessing the offspring, to meeting them as they come to roost for the evening during cold weather in the thousands.

What I would invite you to do is to listen to the sounds. Allow your heart, mind and soul to feel the connection with HOME.  This is what in the Qabalah Tree of Life is called the sphere of Chokmah, the Father God — Unity with the One, unconditional love and pure spiritual freedom.  It is the place where we took our first step of individuality before we incarnated into separate lifetimes.  So it holds both the unity with the One and the individuality; and it points us toward what we will experience within the new world.  In the new world we will have the unity and individuality, but also the physical experience; where in Chokmah it is all spirit.  So working with the crane sounds, welcome unity, unconditional love and true spiritual identity to infuse your body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit right here within the world.  This is the gift of the cranes.

Then if you desire, from that place of unity within your heart, you can ask the One Source to give you a piece of itself in the form of a Sandhill Crane Power Animal.  This is not the same as taking the spirit of a crane, it comes direct from the One and is not incarnate until it enters your heart chakra and merges with you.  It comes to teach you to live increasingly in unconditional love, unity and spiritual freedom within your life here and now.

Then for 30 days, each morning and evening, or just morning if you prefer, you can spend 5 minutes or so letting yourself be the crane in feeling and in imagination.  This teaches your unconscious self to incorporate its gifts into your human life.  With this you will find yourself responding to life with more confidence, comfort, trust and personal authority.  What a gift!  It will take you HOME to your true self right here in the world, and help you to shed the pain and suffering you have carried and which you feel from the world.  You will be able to relax more on every level!

If you aren’t sure about the Power Animal element, just listen to the recording and allow it to bring HOME within you as you listen.  You can always do the Power Animal part another time if you desire.
