Hi Ascending Friends!

Ascension is happening!  It is spiritual, but also an organic process being born from within the very cells and genetic material of our bodies and also of all life forms on Earth.

The seeds of ascension which have been planted within all life since the conception of the universe are awakening.  These are seeds of The Holy Spirit which is the raw material that the new world is being born out of.  This very beautiful spiritual energy, responding to the awakening call of ascension throughout the universe, provides the necessary substance for growing our new world experience.  When this beautiful energy is joined by our Higher Selves (our individual facets of the Oneness of life), their joining makes them mother and father  to the new world experience within our individual selves.

Ascension is happening naturally within us, it isn’t a fad or something that you need to get from outside of yourself, but there are things you can do to enjoy the ascension process more fully and facilitate your new world experience.  Below are some suggestions to make the most of the way the new world is emerging right now:

Hug yourself daily and welcome yourself into the new world.  It is growing stronger every day and this will help you to align with that in your experience.

Stop for just a few minutes, one to four times a day, and center on your heart and the Inner Wisdom that is easiest to find deep within it.   From that center, welcome your own true Higher Self to join with the Holy Spirit awakening within your body’s molecular structure and your own true soul.  Ask the Essence of Truth of The Holy Spirit to grow within you, to feed the emergence of your new world self.
