In this post I am teaching about the most easily fixed error affecting both spiritual and human success. \u00a0This common issue impedes spiritual empowerment, guidance from Higher Self, healing, and co-creating.\u00a0 Though it is simple to adjust and correct this in the moment, we have to build some good habits and soul muscles to hold this balanced adjustment consistently.<\/p>\n

Heart chakra is the centered home within you of your Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 This seed of your Higher Self has been present since you were conceived.<\/p>\n

Heart chakra is the single most important spiritual organ of your human self.\u00a0 It bridges with and unifies your human and Higher Self, which is YOU in eternity.\u00a0 Your Higher Self is the creator of your human self which is in training to ultimately become your vehicle to co-create a wonderful life on Earth.<\/p>\n

Heart chakra bridges between you and others, allowing the heart connection, which is so wonderful with other incarnate souls, and with essence of truth of God.\u00a0 It is the organ of love.<\/p>\n

It’s jobs include allowing your spirit self enter your body, and help blocks and disease be cleared back to the Oneness in spirit.\u00a0 Heart chakra integrates the design and intention of Higher Self into your human experience.<\/p>\n

I desire to explain how to utilize this powerful and sensitive heart chakra most effectively. \u00a0It is quite simple really, but as mentioned requires some muscle building to maintain. \u00a0There are habits that most people have which minimize the effectiveness of this very important spiritual organ.\u00a0 Explaining the unhelpful habits will take many more words than explaining how to rightly use your heart chakra!\u00a0 Bear with me.<\/p>\n

The most important piece I want to share is the benefit of centering deep within your heart chakra.\u00a0 Most people center in their heads, or in their bodies, and only lightly use their heart.\u00a0 When not centered in the heart, there can be a deep sense of vulnerability.\u00a0 Some part of us knows that there are things we are missing.\u00a0 Awarenesses of what is going on within and around us that we need.\u00a0 Support from spirit that we are shutting out.\u00a0 Guidance that is not available.\u00a0 This tends to increase the mental attempt to control and direct our lives.\u00a0 As though trying harder in the wrong way will work better.\u00a0 Instead, it inclines us to close or disconnect from our hearts further, leaving us alone and in the dark.<\/p>\n

One of the Heart Chakras jobs is to coordinate the mental, intuitive, physical, sensory, and spiritual information we receive from within and around us.\u00a0 When the heart is fully engaged, we have a perspective and understanding of what is real, what is not, and how to respond to what is going on.\u00a0 When we are led through our open heart, all this information comes together as an inner knowing which is precise, timely, and necessary for navigating our lives.\u00a0 We can build the habit of letting heart chakra lead us, and for mind and will power to follow.\u00a0 Those parts of us are not designed to lead, though society has taught us that they should.\u00a0 Heart is the true leader within us.<\/p>\n

Leading from a mental focus, third eye centered focus, more head centered focus lifts us out of our body and interferes with the heart chakra function.\u00a0 The more we are off center, the more we feel anxious, and the more we then close our hearts.\u00a0 Mind and third eye are important parts of our human system, but they only work effectively when joined in wholeness through the open heart.\u00a0 Trying to run our lives from there creates exhaustion, stress, confusion, and anxiety.<\/p>\n

Some people live more from their ego, willpower, sexual, physical drives.\u00a0 This can diminish the anxiety but if not equally strong in heart and higher chakras can make people feel angry, judgmental, depressed, or disconnected from spirit and others.\u00a0 Many people will swing between different ways of focusing their energy, but all of us can learn to work more effectively with our heart chakras so everything works together for our greatest good.<\/p>\n

What I see most often with my students and clients is the tendency to live forward in their aura, and usually upward from center.\u00a0 Imagine your aura like an egg-shaped balloon around your body.\u00a0 What I see is that the egg is often not surrounding the body, but forward and up from the body, leaving the back and lower extremities existing in a vulnerable and unsupported space.\u00a0 Like the Earth without an atmosphere, our bodies not surrounded by our auras lose life force and suffer.\u00a0 Long term this can be a serious issue causing health challenges and more.\u00a0 This is a symptom of being too much in head and\/or third eye.<\/p>\n

When you are living in front and up from your body, your heart chakra is not able to hold the unity of all the parts needed for your life. Lifting off like that can lift you temporarily out of your anxieties, which is why it is a common thing.\u00a0 However, lacking the unity and support you get from being centered in your heart chakra, you attract what you are feeling anxious about.\u00a0 It is like an open-door inviting problems in.\u00a0 A void ready to be filled with something not your own, and not good for you.\u00a0 Your heart may feel open when you are out of yourself like that, but it is not protecting you, nor is it co-creating.\u00a0 It tends to give your energy away to others, leaving your own needs unfulfilled.\u00a0 It is not able to function as your deep heart which protects, supports and co-creates.<\/p>\n

Alternately, when people are in the lower chakras and disconnected from above, their energy loses light and is open to darkness and negativity.<\/p>\n

Spiritual people understand these things and many work hard to ground and center.\u00a0 But if you are trying to do that from your head or third eye instead of letting the heart chakra lead, it doesn\u2019t work.\u00a0 You may temporarily feel a bit better but will tend to pop off center again.<\/p>\n

To reiterate: Heart chakra is key for wholeness and health.\u00a0 It unifies human and spirit, allowing true grounding to integrate body, mind, emotion, aura, and soul.\u00a0 It is the way the higher intelligence of our enlightened spirit guides us from within our lives.\u00a0 It is how our Higher Self lands within our bodies and auras to make it our home.\u00a0 Chakras are \u201clanding gear\u201d for spirit.\u00a0 Heart chakra is the key to everything else working as it is designed to.<\/p>\n
