Hi Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n

There are many ways by which you know you are ascending.\u00a0\u00a0Often they are things\u00a0you might interpret entirely differently.\u00a0 Here are some guidelines for recognizing the process.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. When you are ascending there is a wave-like effect of change that has you\u00a0owning a clearer and more positive perspective one day, and feeling burdened and heavy the next.\u00a0 This is the vibrational shift into a higher level of self followed by the clearing of old world stuff that you are trying to grow out of.\u00a0 It helps if you ask from your Inner Wisdom within your heart chakra to let you live in your new world self and support you in staying with that focus.\u00a0 Then you can let go of old world stuff without getting caught in the undertow of it.<\/li>\n
  2. You have glimpses of a higher perspective that fills you with hope and a positive outlook on life which\u00a0may run contrary to what seems to be going on around you.<\/li>\n
  3. Your body begins to change.\u00a0 Sometimes it feels younger and better than ever and sometimes it feels like it is getting old real fast.\u00a0 This is the process of being reborn within your body.\u00a0\u00a0Accept the negative aspect of\u00a0this as an indication that the old stuff is being worked out of your system.\u00a0\u00a0Old baggage\u00a0is\u00a0letting go, but some of it is stuck.\u00a0 It will get easier.<\/li>\n
  4. Emotionally and mentally you become more\u00a0flexible in your responses to life.\u00a0 You find it easier to let go of things and to believe in yourself and the greater good.\u00a0 You grow out of old negative habits and leave them behind.<\/li>\n
  5. Things in your life begin to shift, relationships, jobs, finances, etc.\u00a0 At times they seem to be falling apart, but then things come together in a new way that is better than previously.\u00a0 You learn to roll with this and surf the waves of change in your life with confidence born\u00a0from your\u00a0higher levels of soul that are\u00a0increasingly a part of you on every level.<\/li>\n
  6. Sometimes you go through a detoxification period physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.\u00a0 You just have to work through some stuff and you can’t avoid things like you might have in the past by stuffing or ignoring them.\u00a0 Pay attention to what is trying to clear out and support it in the ways you feel to intuitively.\u00a0 In this way the clearing and healing will happen quickly and you will feel refreshed and more alive than ever when it is over.<\/li>\n
  7. You find yourself increasingly partnering with your Higher Self, to meet each circumstance from a place of inner confidence, peace and clarity.<\/li>\n
  8. You stop caring too much\u00a0what other people think, or what they want you to do or be.\u00a0 You become comfortable being unique and following your own Inner Wisdom and truth.\u00a0 You are increasingly\u00a0at home within yourself and your world.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These\u00a0are a few of the process you are undergoing as you ascend.\u00a0\u00a0Like waves on the ocean, you are moving forward one moment and then you feel the undertow and its pull back into the old world.\u00a0 Keep focused on the new world and let the old world undertow pull the negativity of the past\u00a0out of your life.\u00a0\u00a0It will\u00a0all be recycled in the ocean of cosmic unconditional love.<\/p>\n
