Don’t worry if you sometimes feel\u00a0uncomfortable in your body or emotionally and mentally fearful or negative during this period of ascension.\u00a0 It is just your old self passing away.\u00a0 When a snake\u00a0is getting ready to shed\u00a0its skin it probably feels really itchy and uncomfortable, but underneath the new skin is already there, getting ready to emerge from that old dry husk that will soon be eliminated.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Your old self gets uncomfortable\u00a0as your new self is being born.\u00a0 Focus on the new.\u00a0 Breathing into your heart chakra, let yourself step back into yourself and center along your spine.\u00a0 Feel that you are as far behind it as in front of it.\u00a0 Then ask to live in your new world body and aura, emotions and mind.\u00a0 This will bring the focus into the clearer part of you and the discomfort will be less.<\/p>\n
