Hello Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n

On the level of your Higher Self, you are already whole.\u00a0 Your human self is in process of joining with that wholeness so you can live there!\u00a0 This is the journey of ascension.<\/p>\n

Lately\u00a0our ability to clear\u00a0blocks to wholeness from past traumas has taken a leap ahead.\u00a0 Things that have been difficult to let go of in the past may now be healed more easily and our souls released from the limitations we have carried from previous events.\u00a0 Add to that the season of Winter Solstice and Christmas and we have a time where healing can be exponential!<\/p>\n

When old issues are ready to be healed, they are inclined to pop up into our minds and hearts.\u00a0 When that happens, we have a choice as to how to respond to them.\u00a0 The initial response might automatically take us into rehashing the events and justifying our reactions to them.\u00a0 But once you realize what is happening you can use it as an opportunity for healing and to facilitate your ascension process.\u00a0 Below is an efficient way to do that:<\/p>\n

1) Breath into your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest and invite it to open.\u00a0 Simply doing this will make a huge difference.\u00a0 (When\u00a0people get upset,\u00a0their heart chakra which is the great\u00a0avenue of transformation and healing\u00a0closes, and this blocks the ability for things to clear.)<\/p>\n

2) Center\u00a0in your heart chakra\u00a0and go deeper until you feel the\u00a0calm, sweet\u00a0place of your Inner Wisdom, which is a focus of your Higher Self within your body and aura.\u00a0 Allow your mind, emotions and will to be embraced in the inner light from this source within you.<\/p>\n

3) Ask your Inner Wisdom to connect with your Higher Self in the larger sense, which is most easily accessed through your crown chakra and the highest level of your aura.<\/p>\n

4) Ask that love, wisdom and wholeness\u00a0would surround the issue that has arisen in your memory entirely,\u00a0from\u00a0when it happened\u00a0to the point in the future where it is fully healed.<\/p>\n

5) Invite a higher perspective about what your soul has gained, or is trying to gain from that experience to be born within your consciousness and soul.\u00a0 Ask that with it will come wisdom, understanding,\u00a0wholeness and the ability to forgive and release all trauma related to it in the right way and time.<\/p>\n

6) Welcome a spirit of wholeness and truth to fill and bless you; body and soul.<\/p>\n
