Hi Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n

New\u00a0this week and continuing\u00a0over the next 3 weeks or so, there is a specialized virus that I am calling an ascension virus\u00a0because it is one of a type of virus that\u00a0initiates genetic and vibrational changes in our bodies and auras.\u00a0\u00a0These types of viruses show up a few times a year and\u00a0seem like any old virus, but\u00a0they are\u00a0specifically to assist with upgrading\u00a0us to the next stage of our ascension process.\u00a0 This one has several goals and the ones that I am aware of include: updating our genetic material so it is stronger and less susceptible to the process of death and the old world disease process.\u00a0 It is also raising the vibration of our body and aura so that\u00a0we can integrate higher levels of soul and consciousness more fully into our human experience!\u00a0 So, while it is a virus and may be somewhat unpleasant to undergo, at least\u00a0we know it is for a good cause!<\/p>\n

For you, this\u00a0virus might last from two days to two weeks, depending on what you need to release as you receive these upgrades.\u00a0 When your vibration shifts to a higher level, and especially when that happens at the genetic level, there is a lot of clearing of old world energy, states of consciousness, and energy blocks, so depending on what your Higher Self is intending to shift for you, and how deeply held those things are, it will take a shorter or longer time.<\/p>\n

Sometimes when what needs to shift is deeply in the unconscious self, you may find yourself awake in the middle of the night.\u00a0 This helps you to integrate your Higher Self into your unconscious experience so shifts can happen more easily.\u00a0\u00a0When this is needed\u00a0you may feel so sleepy, but then when you lie down you feel wide awake!\u00a0\u00a0If you want you can speed the process by using your\u00a0awake in\u00a0bed time to\u00a0welcome The Essence of Truth of your Higher Self into\u00a0the blood, water and cells of your body\u00a0and invite your body to welcome\u00a0that unconditionally loving energy\u00a0in.<\/p>\n

Alternately you may need to sleep more to allow your unconscious self to release things, so you might plan to make time for that if needed.\u00a0\u00a0Sleeping during\u00a0the day\u00a0can be very helpful for integrating the higher energies. Even just a\u00a010 or 20 minute nap\u00a0can make you feel better and help the new world energies come on board for you.<\/p>\n

A sea salt bath or foot soak can help you to release more efficiently.\u00a0 Salt\u00a0absorbs out of you\u00a0some of the\u00a0physical and psychic toxins, old soul energies and\u00a0mental and emotional baggage that you are ready to let go of.\u00a0 1.5 to 2 cups to a tub or .5 cups to a foot soak is a good amount.\u00a0 Sea salt works better than other salts, but it doesn’t need to be anything fancy.\u00a0 This will make you feel lighter, more comfortable and relaxed.<\/p>\n

If you are actively working your ascension process and what needs to shift is ready to go, you may not experience feeling very sick, but might just be a bit tired sometimes and need more sleep, or alternately be awake when you think you should be sleeping or feel a need to nap!<\/p>\n
