Hi Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n
Sunday night at 8:11 begins the last full lunar eclipse of the year.\u00a0 There won’t be another until 2018.\u00a0 What is so exciting is that if the weather is clear we will be able to see the whole thing from here in Michigan and the eastern half of the USA!\u00a0 Even if it is cloudy though, we can take advantage of the significant spiritual influence of this event.<\/p>\n
I\u00a0mediated with the moon, asking what lessons and gifts this event brings us.\u00a0 I was told that it is an opportunity for clearing old feelings, most of which are long buried within us for lifetimes and are too heavy to carry anymore.\u00a0 The most prominent feelings ready to clear\u00a0are fear, judgment and loneliness.\u00a0 Definitely things to let go of!<\/p>\n
I asked how I could help you to get the most out of this opportunity and the following was suggested:<\/p>\n
1) Give yourself a big hug inside, all the way to your toes and to the top of your head.\u00a0 Feel like you are hugging someone precious to you.<\/p>\n
2) From deep within your heart and belly ask yourself what kind of tree has the qualities that would most help you to ground deeply into your true self\u00a0so you can\u00a0release your long buried negative feelings\u00a0to be filled with love in place of them.\u00a0 Allow the type of tree to arise from within you, rather than trying to think of what it should be.\u00a0 Let it come spontaneously.<\/p>\n
3)\u00a0Ask from within your heart and belly\u00a0for The Essence of Truth of God\u00a0to bring a spirit of that tree (not a living tree, but a piece of God bearing its true spiritual energies) to merge with your body and soul.\u00a0 Welcome it into your heart and the crown of your head and let yourself experience what it feels like.\u00a0 It comes as a teacher to help you learn to stand tall and strong in your truth.<\/p>\n
4) Let yourself feel like you are that tree, with deep roots going as far down and wide as your branches go up and out.\u00a0 Feel\u00a0your\u00a0strong\u00a0trunk surrounding and stabilizing you.\u00a0 Relax and be\u00a0a tree.<\/p>\n
5) Use the following statement to strengthen your true self within you; repeat it as many times as feels helpful:\u00a0 The Essence of Truth of God is within me and I am within The Essence of Truth of God<\/strong>.\u00a0 This statement of absolute truth brings you into the presence of your own facet of God within and the wholeness of God all around.\u00a0 The Essence of Truth lets you access that One Source without it being limited by religious ideas.<\/em><\/p>\n 6) Being strong\u00a0like your tree,\u00a0use the above statement,\u00a0as though you are saying it from within\u00a0each part of your body, aura and soul.\u00a0 You can include any or all of the following: your genetic material,\u00a0blood, cells, any organ or system of your body, the layers of your aura, emotions, mind, soul and spirit.\u00a0 For example:\u00a0 The Essence of Truth of God is within\u00a0each of\u00a0my\u00a0cells and my\u00a0cells are\u00a0within The Essence of Truth of God.<\/p>\n 7) Then ask that fear, judgment, loneliness or any other negative states of feeling would be released into The Essence of Truth of God to be loved, cleared and healed.<\/p>\n 8)\u00a0Do this during the eclipse or\u00a0a few days prior\u00a0or after\u00a0to take\u00a0advantage of the eclipse energies.<\/p>\n 9) Anytime you feel negativity or pain, you can merge with your tree to ground you into your truth and welcome The Essence of Truth of God to be present within the feelings to heal you and help you be whole.<\/p>\n When\u00a0we heal\u00a0ourselves we\u00a0help the whole world heal!\u00a0 Sometimes we can feel helpless to make a difference in the world, but we are all connected, so what we feel isn’t really personal.\u00a0 Each victory makes the world a little better for all of us!<\/p>\n Thanks for reading this, trying\u00a0the meditation\u00a0if you feel to, and sharing it with others in whatever ways you are inclined.\u00a0 Feel free to utilize the social media links at the top of the page to help others find this post!\u00a0 I love you and wish you all blessings this week my friends!\u00a0 Eve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hi Ascending Friends!
