Hello Ascending Friends!<\/p>\n

A characteristic of the new world experience is joy.\u00a0 Today I was reminded of that and I feel so alive with it!<\/p>\n

Each of us is\u00a0a unique facet of the eternal\u00a0Oneness that I often call God, or the Essence of Truth of God.\u00a0\u00a0Not someone’s religious idea, but God is one name for\u00a0the wholeness and intelligence\u00a0that\u00a0lives at the core of each created Being.\u00a0 The creation is in process of finding unity with that One within and this process is called ascension.<\/p>\n

Wherever\u00a0we are, whatever\u00a0we are doing, God is present within\u00a0us and everything in our environment.\u00a0 But the created experience is only partially awake to that reality, although a little bit more so each day.\u00a0 To awaken that slumbering God within\u00a0we simply need to remember who\u00a0we are!<\/p>\n

Each of us could own the following:\u00a0 I am a\u00a0facet of The One, living in a created experience.\u00a0 Whatever\u00a0I am\u00a0experiencing right now,\u00a0I welcome God to wake up within it.\u00a0 If I am feeling angry (or any other negative experience), I remember that I am God and ask God to awaken within my anger; to reorganize that energy so that it can serve the greater good in whatever way it can.\u00a0 I let go of shame and judgment of that feeling and I open to the fact that God – The One, created anger as a part of our earthly\u00a0experience for a reason.\u00a0 It is the force of change, for one thing, and if I have it, let it be used to bring change for the greater good, or let it be\u00a0reorganized into something gentler that can help in its own way.\u00a0 I can’t see the big picture of what purpose it is serving; but letting God wake up within it, I can trust that and let it go.<\/p>\n

As we are ascending, our feeling experience can change on a dime, because we are learning not to identify with our feelings, but with God within those feelings.\u00a0 Not only can this bring toxic emotions, thoughts and attitudes into right relationship with the greater good, it can allow us to have more experience of new world feelings like wholeness, unity and joy.<\/p>\n

Knowing who you really are you can invite positive feelings to empower and enliven you.\u00a0 Try asking from deep within your heart to experience the joy of the new world in every aspect of body and soul.\u00a0 A rush of well-being and pleasure fills you when you do!\u00a0 That encounter with joy can bring your whole day into a more new world focus and help you\u00a0live with greater confidence and ease!<\/p>\n

The world is what it is for now, we live here and it is often challenging and uncomfortable.\u00a0 Inviting God to wake up within us whatever we are doing, feeling or experiencing incorporates\u00a0an essential ingredient into the great mixing bowl of life.\u00a0\u00a0This ingredient makes the recipe for life\u00a0work; without it there is an emptiness; with it there is joy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
