From the One\u00a0Source of Life their flows\u00a0an energy\u00a0of unconditional love and Holy Spirit, which is the raw material out of which the new world is being built.\u00a0 This\u00a0energy\u00a0brings\u00a0healing and\u00a0forgiveness\u00a0in an act of\u00a0pure grace –\u00a0requiring no effort or sacrifice, but given freely.\u00a0\u00a0I call this\u00a0the Ascension River, and its job is to\u00a0connect\u00a0our old world baggage\u00a0with The Essence of Truth of God to be transmuted or redirected as needed.\u00a0 It also\u00a0stimulates the awakening\u00a0of\u00a0our new world selves,\u00a0repairs\u00a0and upgrades our bodies, auras and souls\u00a0and assists\u00a0us\u00a0to ascend.<\/p>\n
It has been a while since I’ve written\u00a0about\u00a0the Ascension River\u00a0and it is time to revisit\u00a0it;\u00a0reminding\u00a0everyone of this beautiful reality.<\/p>\n
Below is a meditation for accessing and utilizing this gift:<\/p>\n
1 – Breathe into your body and give yourself a big hug from the inside, as though you are hugging someone precious.<\/p>\n
2 – Allow your breath to carry your focus of attention to the middle of your chest and your new world heart chakra – you don’t need to know where it is, the intention will connect you.<\/p>\n
3 – Let yourself come to focus there as though you could look out at the world through your heart chakra.\u00a0 Work from your Inner Wisdom in your heart chakra, so your mind and third eye and feelings are guided from there.<\/p>\n
4 – Step back into yourself until you feel like your spine is the middle, rather than the back of you, and there, deep within your new world heart chakra, you will find a quiet place that connects easily with your Inner Wisdom – the focus of the Essence of Truth of God within your heart chakra.<\/p>\n
5 – From your Inner Wisdom,\u00a0welcome the\u00a0River of Ascension that flows from\u00a0The Essence of Truth of The One, also called The Essence of Truth of\u00a0God.<\/p>\n
6\u00a0– Let yourself receive this river of energy, and relax into it.\u00a0 Let it lift you up and enfold you in its unconditional love, wholeness and truth.<\/p>\n
7 – Release all the hard things that you struggle with or that aren’t working in your life into the river as though they are rocks,\u00a0let them\u00a0fall to the bottom of the river and\u00a0be gone.\u00a0 Ask The Essence of Truth of God to be in charge of those things, to allow them to\u00a0work out for the greatest good of all, and to heal their negative impact on yourself and others.<\/p>\n
8 – Some of those things you may still have a role to play in, but let God do the biggest part, because nothing is really personal.\u00a0 I like the saying:\u00a0 “I will do my best and let God do the rest”.\u00a0 Allow the river to carry away the stress related to those things and heal those places within you.<\/p>\n
9 – This is a river of forgiveness and grace.\u00a0 Whatever you have done, or others have done that\u00a0has been\u00a0hurtful, whether intentionally or not, release those ‘rocks’ into the river and open yourself to allow things to resolve in new and helpful ways.\u00a0 Feel yourself buoyed up with the water and flowing beyond those things to a calmer place, where the river widens, the sun shines and you can relax fully.<\/p>\n
10\u00a0– Where your body needs healing, release the pain, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, hereditary things, toxins, infections\u00a0or whatever is present that creates the problems, to be released into the river as ‘rocks’. \u00a0Allow\u00a0the love and healing to enter and uplift you to a clearer and healthier place physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.<\/p>\n
11 – Relax as long as you want in the river.\u00a0 Meditate, pray, give thanks, chant, or\u00a0enjoy this peace in whatever ways please you.<\/p>\n
12 – When you are finished, place your feet on the bottom of the river and stand up.\u00a0 Know that the river is always flowing through our world.\u00a0 Bring your focus back to your Inner Wisdom deep in your heart chakra.\u00a0 Ask your Inner Wisdom to rebalance you for whatever you need to do next.\u00a0 Then allow all your senses, chakras, aura, body and mind to come back to focus in the physical time and place where you are presently located.\u00a0 Breathe, stretch, and make sure that you are focused enough to do whatever you need to do next.<\/p>\n
