The ascension process\u00a0brings\u00a0souls\u00a0step by step\u00a0into greater unity with their individual facet of the Oneness of all life,\u00a0which I call The Essence of Truth of God. The Essence of Truth is the highest focus available and helps you to connect beyond religious judgments which don’t apply to God in truth.<\/p>\n
With this increased unity,\u00a0occurring in incremental stages to help us shift easily, healing is able to happen more easily too.\u00a0 If you\u00a0are already\u00a0a healer, you will have noticed this.\u00a0 If not, try this exercise:<\/p>\n
Relax into the\u00a0moment and open your heart and mind to the still place deep\u00a0within you that I call your Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 Lay your hands over a part of your body that has been bothering you (if it is behind you, lay your hands on the front of your body and\u00a0let your intentions flow through your hands toward the body part in back).\u00a0\u00a0From within\u00a0Inner Wisdom\u00a0in your heart and belly, ask The Essence of Truth of God and the healing angels to bring healing to this part of you.\u00a0 Hold your hands there, breathe and let the\u00a0love flow into your body and soul to bring healing.<\/p>\n
As you ascend this simple healing will become even more effective. This\u00a0happens\u00a0because your personal facet of God will increasingly be living within your body and soul.\u00a0 As you\u00a0rise in vibration through the process of ascension, your body and soul, step by step are becoming your new world body and soul where your true self can live and act fully here on Earth!<\/p>\n
