During the ascension process we experience ourselves in two distinct ways:<\/p>\n
We have our old world self which is vulnerable to old negative states of fear, lack, anxiety, judgment, discouragement, hopelessness\u00a0and other negative states of mind and emotion.\u00a0 In this\u00a0focus our bodies are aging and prone to disease and\u00a0addictive or self-destructive\u00a0habits and choices.<\/p>\n
We also have our new world self which is increasingly able to partner with our higher spirit\u00a0to experience harmony, confidence and\u00a0make positive choices.\u00a0 In this focus disease becomes a temporary indicator of changes that we need to make to\u00a0experience deeper levels of personal empowerment and freedom from old world circumstances. Our bodies become lighter, younger, stronger.<\/p>\n
These two experiences are parallel realities, existing simultaneously.\u00a0 You can choose to live in the new world focus and you will find that, while there are still challenges, you meet them more skillfully and move through them with greater ease than you do when living in your old world experience.\u00a0 When you catch yourself\u00a0in the old world experience, center within yourself and ask your Inner Wisdom to\u00a0bring you into your new world experience.\u00a0 You will tend to go back and forth between the old world and new world\u00a0fairly often, this is part of our journey at this time.<\/p>\n
When you catch yourself in the old world\u00a0experience, just remember you\u00a0can choose your new world one.\u00a0 The old world is more familiar and we tend to\u00a0spend time\u00a0in that state out of\u00a0old programming and from habit.\u00a0 So practicing\u00a0making the shift\u00a0to new world focus\u00a0helps you build new habits and allow your new world contracts to take precedent increasingly.<\/p>\n
Sometimes the old world experience brings something negative strongly into focus and you can feel pretty stuck with it.\u00a0 That is when you can ask your Higher Self to help you to see and understand what it is in your old world self that needs to be healed so that you can live more fully in your new world self.\u00a0 There may be a need to review a present circumstance or a past circumstance so you can see it in a new world light, learn from it and forgive it.\u00a0 Then you can claim your sovereign power in that aspect of your life and\u00a0move into your new world focus.\u00a0 Sometimes these\u00a0healings need to happen at multiple levels of your soul, so if it comes up again, work with it again.\u00a0 You will benefit by it and be able to live more in your new world self each time.\u00a0 If you need help with this process, healing and ascension treatments give\u00a0you a\u00a0chance to\u00a0work with me to access\u00a0the perspective and spiritual connections that allow things to shift.<\/p>\n
For some reason people\u00a0tend to\u00a0believe that their emotional and mental challenges can benefit by spiritual healing, but when things show up physically, they choose traditional medicine for handling it.\u00a0 What they don’t realize is that\u00a0their body is the product of\u00a0their spirit, emotion and mind and when it gives\u00a0them problems, it is most often trying to bring to attention an issue that needs to be resolved at those higher levels so the body can shift into new world focus.\u00a0 Those issues may be hereditary, past life, or present life in nature and when worked with spiritually it not only helps the individual, but those who are connected to\u00a0them through\u00a0their soul groups\u00a0and\u00a0through multiple generations and\u00a0lifetimes.\u00a0 Mostly what\u00a0people are challenged with isn’t just personal, it is related to others who are working on the same soul group path.\u00a0 Working with it from that perspective makes it a lot easier for the individual\u00a0to heal and grow and helps everyone else connected to them as well.<\/p>\n
