Ego is essential for us to hold our individual focus of self.\u00a0 It keeps us from getting lost in the vast ocean of spirit and humanity and to know who we are.\u00a0 Recently ego has been at the head of the list for being healed so that it can hold a new world focus of self instead of the old world identity we are most familiar with.<\/p>\n
We have spent eternity building an identity that believes it is separate from God and limited.\u00a0 It is only over the past hundred years, and more significantly over the past 20 years that we have collectively begun to recognize that God isn’t something outside of us, but is intimately who we are in our own\u00a0true core of Being.<\/p>\n
This is an important stage for us, because only as we can embrace our own self as a unique and\u00a0individual\u00a0Being, who is also absolutely One with God and all of life can we begin to fulfill our true potential as people on earth.\u00a0 But we have to allow our personal egos to ascend in order for this to happen.\u00a0 If we\u00a0give up\u00a0the ego we can lose our self and in doing so not be able to function in the practical world.\u00a0 So we need the ego to become more fully\u00a0enlightened, not to go away!<\/p>\n
This is the time when many people\u00a0can begin to recognize where they have defined\u00a0their selves\u00a0in disempowering ways.\u00a0 Some of those ways are by taking on attitudes, traits, habits\u00a0or behaviors from family, religion or society\u00a0which are not in harmony with our truth and where we give away our own points of view and personal authority.\u00a0 Likewise we can give our personal energy away to people who use us or lord it over us, sometimes in the nicest ways,\u00a0and sometimes in\u00a0not so nice ways,\u00a0whichever way, they have been able to\u00a0steal our energy.\u00a0 We have already shifted these old world tendencies tremendously over the past 50 or 60 years in this country in so many ways.\u00a0 Now we are ready to begin releasing these things on an even deeper level; breaking old habits of disempowerment that we haven’t recognized in ourselves and taking back our power on ever deeper levels of our souls.\u00a0 This is a significant shift into the new world experience.<\/p>\n
Where you feel anxious or afraid, hopeless or discouraged, or unreasonably angered\u00a0by life you can use these feelings to direct your attention to places in yourself and life\u00a0that have been disempowered.\u00a0 Embrace yourself in those places and say thank you from your heart\u00a0to those who have played a role in your disempowerment; they have been your teachers.\u00a0 By taking your power, they have brought\u00a0you to the point where\u00a0you\u00a0begin to value yourself, your power and your gifts and choose to\u00a0use them in harmony with your inner truth for the greater good.\u00a0\u00a0You begin to\u00a0realize that what\u00a0you have is important and needs to be loved, respected and nurtured by your own caring intention.<\/p>\n
