The viruses that are going around currently are ascension viruses, helping us to let go of things we don’t need all the way down to the genetic level.\u00a0 In particular they are working on helping us to forgive ourselves and others and release shame from those relationships where we have hurt others or been hurt ourselves.\u00a0 They are helping us to let go of the negative and hard aspects of the past, to heal and to integrate what we have learned in positive ways so we can move forward.<\/p>\n

Likewise the solar eclipse that\u00a0happens March 20\u00a0on another side of our planet.\u00a0 When the sun is blocked by the moon in the middle of the day like that, it allows us to see into our unconscious in ways we can’t otherwise.\u00a0 It helps us bring our own conscious light to the darkness of our unconscious self.\u00a0 This is to accomplish the exact same task as the virus; it helps us see our wholeness and truth and own it more fully out of the wounds of the past.<\/p>\n

The releasing of these old negative states is\u00a0paving the way for us to release\u00a0toxic bacteria levels within our bodies, particularly Candida, which is part of the system for breaking down the body after we die and closely related to E-Coli and part of its life cycle.<\/p>\n

So if you find yourself under the weather with a virus now or in the near future, you can open to trust, self-love and forgiveness for all that has gone before.\u00a0 Let yourself be open to receive this next step\u00a0of ascension into your new world self!<\/p>\n

Some people will experience these changes with minimal symptoms, some will need to experience the full illness.\u00a0 Either way you are getting what you need.<\/p>\n
