Make space in your day to breath and enjoy the moment.\u00a0 Notice the beauty of light as it plays within the world and creates beauty; whether the soft light of a grey day or the brilliance of sun on snow, or the shine of light on the face of a smiling person.\u00a0Laugh at the antics of an animal or a child, give yourself a little hug inside and reassure yourself that your value is greater than the outer things you achieve.\u00a0 Your value lies in being a presence of unconditional\u00a0love, which is all you could ever really be, it is what you are created from and for. \u00a0Let your heart be light.<\/p>\n
Lightness requires trust and the joining with a higher power rather than trying to do it all yourself.\u00a0 Let the higher power help, flow a bit more, make room for joy, relax.<\/p>\n
