One very\u00a0important indication of ascension that we can observe already\u00a0is that people are becoming more telepathic!\u00a0 It has happened so gradually that it feels\u00a0pretty normal, although I don’t think many people consider it, they just notice that they know things that other people are thinking, or they can tell when someone is calling them on the phone.\u00a0\u00a0More and more people communicating effectively with their pets who have always been telepathic!<\/p>\n

I think it is helpful to recognize that people are more likely to pick up on your thoughts about them; so you\u00a0should be careful what you project, since it is bound to come back to you from them one way or the other!\u00a0 I recommend that when you have judgmental or negative thoughts about someone, that you protect yourself from retribution and them from being harmed.\u00a0 One way to do that is that you ask God and the unconditionally loving angels to retroactively turn those thoughts into unconditional love.\u00a0 In order not to stuff your anger or hurt feelings, you can ask the above and then imagine that you are throwing breakable objects and enjoying the release as they break without thinking about the person, just release the energy around it.\u00a0 Let your energy be transmuted into unconditional love and released so that you don’t hurt yourself by holding onto it.<\/p>\n

Where there are people in your life that you love, but have judgments about or fears for, you can turn those into positives.\u00a0 Whenever you think of them, send them the message that they are an important aspect of God living in human form and because God is there within them, you know they will grow and learn from their situations and accomplish what they have come here to do.\u00a0 Let them know you believe in them, trust them and love them unconditionally.\u00a0 In your heart, feel your love for them and let that be your connection, instead of the judgment and fear.\u00a0 This will help you to remember\u00a0this truth and\u00a0them to grow through and beyond their present limitations\u00a0once they have gained what they need from them.\u00a0 You may need to do the emotional release with the breakable objects as described above so you can get to the place of unconditional love and trust in order to send this type of message.\u00a0 But find a way to do it.\u00a0 Your judgment and fear can help to\u00a0hold those you love in their states of\u00a0limitation.\u00a0 Release them from\u00a0that limitation\u00a0within your own\u00a0heart and mind\u00a0so they can find a way to release their own\u00a0selves when the time is right for them to do that.\u00a0 I have seen this work many times.<\/p>\n
