With winter upon us, you may miss the warmth and light of summer.\u00a0 But there is an interesting phenomena where in the winter our spirit and that of the planet\u00a0becomes more\u00a0concentrated.\u00a0 Rather than expanding outward as it did in summer, it is drawn back\u00a0to focus\u00a0within our\u00a0human\u00a0self.\u00a0 This can feel depressing if you resist the smaller focus.\u00a0 However, if you take advantage of it, you can feel more alive inside your own body and soul, just as the planet does in this season of cold.\u00a0 This is a time of growing your truth within.<\/p>\n
Within you is the seed of oneness and truth that summer welcomes from the cosmic realms of spirit\u00a0and plants within each soul.\u00a0 It joins with the light of your own inner wisdom to give strength to your inner life and will helping you grow and ascend.\u00a0\u00a0You can welcome your own higher self to fill your body and aura and tune you to your true spiritual essence.\u00a0 Then\u00a0let it help you find and nurture\u00a0your own\u00a0inner light and the seed gift of summer that is growing inside you.\u00a0\u00a0Let these inner lights\u00a0fill and\u00a0sustain you through the winter.<\/p>\n
Being a human, you have the ability to access any aspect of life within your own self.\u00a0 Human’s are that complex!\u00a0 If you tend to suffer from SAD in the winter, ask the Source of Life to provide you with a personal size focus of sunlight to glow\u00a0within your body and aura\u00a0and provide you with just the right amount of sunlight to keep you happy \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Feel and visualize this warm sun within – but make sure you don’t give yourself a sunburn!\u00a0 Remember the request for it to be just the right amount to keep you happy.<\/p>\n
