We don’t need to fear our fear which causes us to repress our feelings, leave our bodies or lash out at others.\u00a0Rather we can\u00a0love the part of us that is afraid and find out what it has to teach us. Fear is a foundational old world experience.\u00a0 It is primal, rooted in our instinctual self.<\/p>\n

Think of your fear as your inner child self.\u00a0 It has a valid concern that needs attention, it just doesn’t have any perspective, it reacts like a child with instinct rather than intelligent experience.\u00a0 Embracing yourself inwardly when you feel afraid, allow yourself to identify with your loving heart, your inner wisdom and your spiritual perspective.\u00a0 Be the adult caring for that instinctual child within you.\u00a0 From there you can discover what is needed to free yourself from the fear and be empowered through that experience!<\/p>\n

Fear may be present moment valid – i.e. there is a danger presently that needs to be protected against.\u00a0 Often though our fear response feels much greater than the circumstances justify.\u00a0 That\u00a0occurs when\u00a0what is currently happening\u00a0stimulates subconscious memories of times when you were hurt in your present life, or even in other lifetimes.\u00a0 So it is important to identify with your adult\/spiritual\/inner wisdom self and find a place of peace and calm from which to listen deeply to your feeling self and consider what it is that needs to be addressed.\u00a0 Is it something presently or is it really an old emotion that could use some healing.<\/p>\n

Identifying and healing these deeper issues allows your unconscious self to grow up and contribute intelligently, powerfully\u00a0and creatively to your adult life; rather than staying reactive and fearful and undermining your personal power and authority.\u00a0 It empowers you to grow your soul in ways that bring you fresh opportunities for fulfillment.<\/p>\n
