My apology for missing the blog last week!\u00a0 I had family in the hospital and that took all my extra attention.\u00a0 I am glad to say everyone is back on track, including myself!<\/p>\n

The big change I am seeing this week is happening both on some\u00a0deep foundational levels of spirit and soul in the collective unconscious, as well as for individuals.\u00a0\u00a0A lot of\u00a0old lies and self-illusions are clearing and the energy drains\u00a0where people have given their\u00a0power\u00a0away are being removed.\u00a0The parts of ourselves that have been disempowered by these things are healing and growing stronger again.<\/p>\n

It has to do with the way that people have given their power away by believing that they should be something other than who they are.\u00a0 People are finding that the price of faking it in our intimate\u00a0relationships as well as\u00a0socially and at work is too high.\u00a0 It doesn’t repay us to do this.\u00a0 We think we will have better relationships, a more confident sense of self or be more successful on the job, but what happens is that we lose ourselves and then become ineffective at all of it.\u00a0\u00a0This may lead us\u00a0to behave in more self-defeating ways like eating or drinking what we shouldn’t just to try to feel OK again or just quitting altogether.<\/p>\n

The new trend is to be honest with yourself and then bring that honesty to all that you do.\u00a0 Not to impose your way on people, but to give the best that you are, instead of something that is not you that you think is better or more acceptable.<\/p>\n

That doesn’t mean that you give all aspects of yourself in every circumstance or are insensitive to others, that wouldn’t work either.\u00a0 You just give what is appropriate, but always what is true.\u00a0 Even when you can’t give all of what is true,\u00a0you can give\u00a0the truth that is needed where you are in the moment for you to be true to yourself.\u00a0 Even when you don’t give all the truth outwardly, you own it for yourself and you don’t compromise your integrity to get what you want from someone else.\u00a0 That never works, it only gets you somewhere you don’t like!<\/p>\n

Because we are ascending, we can no longer get away with being false.\u00a0 Our soul is demanding integrity and wholeness on every level more and more.\u00a0 It is a very good thing and will help you find a lot more satisfaction in your life.<\/p>\n
