Last week I asked you to be kind to yourself when you go through a growth spurt and not to judge the way when one part of you moves forward, another part may fall back to a more familiar and less evolved expression of self.<\/p>\n

Here are two ways\u00a0to tenderly smooth this transition so it doesn’t feel like you are falling back all the time:<\/p>\n

1) Use that little meditation I taught a few blogs ago.\u00a0 It goes like this:<\/p>\n

God is in me and I am in God\u00a0 (Substitute another term for God if you prefer, that represents the One True Source of Life that lives within all creation)<\/p>\n

Start out with The Essence of Truth of God is in me and I am in The Essence of Truth of God.\u00a0 Say this a few times to get a really clear connection to the true source of life, and then use the shorter version.\u00a0 Begin your day with this and then use it whenever you think of it; don’t wait until you feel miserable.\u00a0 Think of it as holding the reins on your life to keep it moving in the direction of the New World experience.<\/p>\n

2) Breathe into the middle of your chest and center\u00a0there.\u00a0\u00a0Ask for your new world heart chakra which is located there\u00a0to open.\u00a0\u00a0Relax into\u00a0the brightening of your emotions, mind and soul that this brings.\u00a0 Ask your new world heart chakra to be like a tuning fork;\u00a0awakening all your chakras to their new world vibrations.\u00a0 There is an angel of each chakra and you can ask for their help to get each chakra tuned to its new world self\u00a0if you want.\u00a0 (visit www.spiritualhealers.com<\/a> and go to the techniques link to find more information on chakras)<\/p>\n
