Every full moon brings to focus something we are trying to master from within our subconscious self.\u00a0 The light of the sun (enlightened consciousness)\u00a0shines into the darkness of the emotions (moon) it reflects back to us elements of our own soul we can’t usually see.\u00a0 Each\u00a0month carries a trend as to what is being shown.<\/p>\n

This moon, I am noticing fear.\u00a0 Places in the deep unconscious where people are feeling deep childhood fears and acting on them as adults, not realizing that what they are feeling is really old fear being projected onto the present circumstances.<\/p>\n

When an inner child comes to consciousness like this and takes over the house (kind of like having your outer child running the family!), what is needed is for the enlightened adult to step forward and take charge lovingly.\u00a0 You could try the following ways of doing that:<\/p>\n

Give yourself an inner hug and tell yourself it will be all right.\u00a0 This gentle statement asserts that there is an adult present and taking charge, and the child may calm down.<\/p>\n

Breath into your heart chakra and go deep back into that center toward your spine.\u00a0 Once you hit the quiet place, relax and center there.\u00a0\u00a0Invite your new world heart chakra to open,.\u00a0 This will raise the vibration of your heart chakra into unity with your higher consciousness and God or\u00a0whatever name you call that true source that exists within all life.\u00a0 You will feel your heart open and your body begin to relax.<\/p>\n

Light a candle and let light of the flame strengthen the light within your own heart.\u00a0 It is a pure connection with God. Keep holding yourself in that inner hug while you let the old fears\u00a0ascend into God’s love and be cleared.<\/p>\n
