It’s Valentine’s Day and a good time to remember to love yourself too!<\/p>\n

I’ve\u00a0asked for support from my\u00a0spirit helpers\u00a0to be there\u00a0for my blog readers to help you more easily shift with the ascension opportunities present this week.\u00a0 It felt like a little boost went a long way, you may be feeling a bit lighter now.<\/p>\n

Most people seem to be experiencing a lot of deep inner work going on right now.\u00a0 The combination of the full moon today and Mercury Retrograde over the past 8 days and continuing until Feb. 28,\u00a0has been focusing us\u00a0inward to\u00a0resolve some emotional, personal power and boundary issues that are necessary for us to ascend into wholeness.<\/p>\n

When planets go retrograde in our astrological signs (as Mercury does a few times a year) it directs us to return to issues that we have work to complete within.\u00a0 This may make it feel hard to move forward with the things you want to do and feel stuck in some old behavior or experience.\u00a0 Mercury rules communication, so a lot of folks are coming up against ways that they\u00a0need to\u00a0communicate respectfully, but with strength and good boundaries, instead of backing down or alternately,\u00a0getting really angry.\u00a0 With the full moon shining its light on our emotional and unconscious lives, this is an excellent time to be able to see ourselves more clearly and realize how we have been giving our power away.<\/p>\n

There are lots of variations on this theme, the one I listed above is just a common one.<\/p>\n

As we ascend, we are able to see ourselves more clearly and make choices that are better for ourselves.\u00a0 We can stop repeating the same old experiences and\u00a0behaviors and never getting clear of them.\u00a0 We are increasingly able to overcome these old blocks and find the strength and clarity within to come into our truth with love and power both increasingly evident in our choices, actions and relationships.<\/p>\n
