Trust yourself!\u00a0 When your mind gets confused and starts worrying and striving, looking outside of you for an answer or for control over all of life’s uncertainties, open your heart and tell your mind it’s OK, please relax.<\/p>\n

Within you is the wisdom you need.\u00a0\u00a0When seeking your direction or an answer to a question, wait for the answer within.\u00a0 It will come when the time is right to act or respond.\u00a0 Trust the wisdom within your own heart and soul.\u00a0 Let it pop up to your mind during the quiet times of falling asleep or waking up, walking or not thinking.<\/p>\n

Meditation is good for teaching you to make space in your mind for the wisdom of your heart to awaken.\u00a0 My favorite meditation is to open my heart and senses to the beauty of life.\u00a0 When I do this I experience joy and upliftment.\u00a0 Then there comes a stillness and space for the wisdom within me to be born.<\/p>\n

Make space in your mind for the wisdom of your heart to be born, however you do that.<\/p>\n
