Sometimes ascension is all sweetness and light and sometimes\u00a0there is so much moving at once within ourselves or within the world that it can be like rush hour traffic…everything can get a little backed up!\u00a0 When this happens it feels like we get stuck in the discomfort of our old world experience and it kind of piles up in us.\u00a0 It may feel like no matter how you try to move forward with your spiritual growth or your goals, you keep bumping into obstructions.<\/p>\n

When this happens, just stop pushing and relax into the present moment.\u00a0 Do what you can do that feels right and then be nice to yourself.\u00a0 You can\u00a0center on your inner wisdom deep within your\u00a0new world\u00a0heart chakra which will bring you into the light\u00a0(see post on 11\/4\/2011).\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0Or do stuff to detox like taking a bath with 2 cups of sea salt, which flushes physical and psychic toxins, or just take a walk or a nap.\u00a0 You can use the Ascension River (see post on\u00a09\/13\/2013)<\/em> which will help you to surrender and flow with the new world energy where you are.\u00a0 Like with rush hour traffic, you mostly just\u00a0need to be patient until the backup of energy clears and you can move ahead with your life and goals.<\/p>\n
