The journey of ascension is all about transitions.\u00a0 We have infinite opportunities to let go of what has been and to be open to receive what is coming next.\u00a0 One type of transition is to let go of an old body that is worn out and allow the soul that has been living in it to be free to continue its work in spirit and perhaps eventually, in another body.<\/p>\n

Our wonderful dog Clark would have been 15 in mid December.\u00a0 He asked to be put to sleep this week and we had to let him go.\u00a0 He was so ready.\u00a0 I had been guided to adopt\u00a0another\u00a0whippet puppy this past February.\u00a0\u00a0His name is\u00a0Tobias.\u00a0 My friend Penny Golden, Publisher of the Body Mind Spirit Guide, happened to note that Tobias\u00a0is the same soul as Clark, but in a new body!\u00a0 Tobias just turned 1 this month.<\/p>\n

Talk about smooth transitions!\u00a0 Over the past few years, Clark has gradually released his higher levels of soul and become increasingly simple and dog-like (which if you knew him, was not his strongest set of qualities!).\u00a0 So when he left once and for all, it was truly a simple step out of his body and into spirit.\u00a0 Now here the same soul is, in his new body; young and healthier in every way than Clark ever was in his old body, which had been through some early traumas and challenges that Tobias has not had to contend with.\u00a0 Now that Clark has left, Tobias is stepping into the roles of\u00a0healer dog and special friend in every way.\u00a0 And while it is a little bit of an adjustment to not have Clark here any more, it is not difficult either.<\/p>\n

I love this reminder that we are all eternal, and our souls are more versatile and complex than we can understand fully.\u00a0 Many of us are living in more than one body at a time, in order to evolve more quickly and accomplish things which are needed.\u00a0 We are multi-tasking in the ultimate sense!\u00a0 Even if we aren’t doing that, we each have much more of our soul at all times\u00a0in spirit than is present in our physical bodies.\u00a0 So whatever is going on right now in your present life, you can remember that it is just a small piece of the picture for you.\u00a0 Enjoy the gifts and challenges that you have on your plate and remember not to take them too seriously.\u00a0 Tobias would be the first one to help you remember that.\u00a0 Life is easier when you\u00a0let yourself\u00a0be silly; take time to play and give lots of hugs and kisses to those you love.<\/p>\n
