Coming up on the full moon this weekend, there are a lot of emotions growing around issues that are trying to be resolved.\u00a0 It’s an odd thing with the ascension process that things we used to have to struggle with, now just want to clear.\u00a0 But we are so used to struggling that we get busy doing that instead of simply letting the energy shift.<\/p>\n
Try doing a very simple exercise to help you release stuff more easily than in the past:<\/p>\n
– First Center in your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest (slightly above your regular heart chakra) as though all your energies were being directed from there, rather than your head.<\/p>\n
– From your heart chakra Invite God to surround all the energy of\u00a0your feelings and the circumstances around them,\u00a0as though in a big soft pillow case of truth and love.\u00a0 Let that pillow case grow until it surrounds all the energy of the issue.\u00a0 It may be really big, like generations and lifetimes, so let God define how big it needs to go. \u00a0Let God have it all. When it is done you will feel it lift off of you and you’ll feel lighter and clearer.<\/p>\n
– If it doesn’t lift, follow\u00a0your feelings\u00a0right down into the place in your body where you feel the most uncomfortable around the issue.\u00a0 Bring the pillow case into that area and surround that place inside you.<\/p>\n
– Then ask that\u00a0God take the healing all the way\u00a0back to before it was ever an issue, even if you don’t know when it started.\u00a0 That should bring you relief.<\/p>\n
The reason this works is because all that is needed is to bring God into the issue.\u00a0 Then it begins to resolve.\u00a0 You don’t need to fight with it.\u00a0 Often you don’t even need to make sense of it.\u00a0 Sometimes you do need to understand or to do something.\u00a0 So if everything above doesn’t quite do it.\u00a0 Meditate, asking what it is you need to do or understand in order for this to be able to resolve.<\/p>\n
Altogether, working through things is probably easier than you think, based on the old way things had to work out.\u00a0 Shifting into the new world energy of partnering with God in every aspect of your life, you can be confident that things are ready to unfold\u00a0in a better direction than ever before.\u00a0 You just have to ride the bumps of the transition with faith.<\/p>\n
