One of the greatest gifts of the current ascension process is the increased ease of forgiveness and healing.<\/p>\n

Healing and forgiveness are inextricably linked.\u00a0 As we forgive we heal, as we heal we are able to forgive.\u00a0 Those places in body, emotions, mind or spirit where you feel stuck, are probably holding some old karma of trauma and unforgiveness of yourself or others.<\/p>\n

In order to identify with your new world self, these things need to be let go.\u00a0 Try welcoming God right into those places in memory where things happened, and then go back even further to before they happened and invite God to surround everything from the beginning of the issue until the present moment that has been the result of that event or circumstance.<\/p>\n

Invite God to help you to heal, forgive and ascend this aspect of self into unity with God within your own soul.\u00a0 Watch it heal!<\/p>\n
