There is a flow of energy, like a river from the source of life that I\u00a0call The Ascension River.\u00a0 It is a river of unconditional love, forgiveness, grace and wholeness and it is there for all of creation when we are ready for it.<\/p>\n

Imagine yourself in this Ascension River and let it support you, flow through you,\u00a0flush out\u00a0the old world energies you don’t need anymore and awaken you to your new world self which is already present and growing every day.<\/p>\n

All challenges and concerns can be released into this river, like rocks in a rapids, let them go\u00a0so God can handle\u00a0the parts that are beyond your understanding and control\u00a0and let the river carry you through those rocky places into the smooth clear water of your optimal self at this moment.\u00a0 If you hold onto the rocks the current of life will push you against them and you will feel trapped and beat up.\u00a0 Release the struggle, do your part and let the benevolent energies of the universe do the rest.<\/p>\n

Forgiveness is a big part of that.\u00a0 Release any anger, hurt, blame, shame, judgment of self or others.\u00a0 As you ascend you will come to recognize all the challenges for the gifts that they have been in your lives.\u00a0 For now, allow yourself to trust enough to surrender judgment and go with the flow!<\/p>\n
