As your\u00a0old world self is passing away, which\u00a0many people are\u00a0experiencing a lot right now, there\u00a0may be some\u00a0symptoms of body, emotion, mind or spiritual breaking down.\u00a0 At the same time your new world self is being born within you.\u00a0 These two realities exist simultaneously and in slightly different dimensions. \u00a0Like a room with a step in the middle and a curtain separating the lower level from the higher level,\u00a0the\u00a0room of your being has two distinct aspects divided by a step and a\u00a0curtain of consciousness.\u00a0 It is a short step from your old world to your new world self, but because of the division of consciousness when you are\u00a0focused in\u00a0one level, you don’t readily see the other.\u00a0 You have to step up or down and slip through the curtain to perceive the other level.<\/p>\n

When you find yourself uncomfortable because your old world self is experiencing a phase of passing away, you can step into your new world self and experience more comfort, light and peace.\u00a0 When you are in that new world state, it is\u00a0very\u00a0easy to slip back into your old world experience, so when you find yourself there, you simply choose again!<\/p>\n

Deep within the middle of your chest there is a new world heart chakra (it too is a small step above your old world heart chakra).\u00a0 Breathing into your chest, settle into the still clear space of your inner wisdom which is present for everyone.\u00a0 Centering on that sweet, clear energy, ask to be tuned to your new world heart chakra.\u00a0 That will lift you up the step and through the curtain into your new world self.\u00a0 Once there, ask that all your chakras be tuned to their new world self.\u00a0 Then you can continue to tune if you like, asking that your endocrine glands, organs, cells, every part of body, emotion, mind spirit and aura be tuned to their new world selves.<\/p>\n
