{"id":494,"date":"2013-06-20T20:45:38","date_gmt":"2013-06-20T20:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=494"},"modified":"2023-07-03T10:03:10","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T14:03:10","slug":"summer-solstice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=494","title":{"rendered":"Summer Solstice !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Happy summer solstice!\u00a0 There is so much light and energy today, the afternoon before the longest day of the year.\u00a0\u00a0This is a perfect time of year\u00a0to release the darkness of the past and receive the true light of your higher self.<\/p>\n<p>Your higher self is the essence of God that is you, so it holds your own unique and eternal vibration.\u00a0 Try the following meditation to connect with your own true essence through your higher self and give yourself a solstice\u00a0tune-up!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breathe into your body and give yourself a big hug inside, like the best hug you ever received.<\/li>\n<li>Allow your breath to carry you deep into your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest and just about an inch higher than your regular heart chakra.
