According to Rudolph Steiner, the great Austrian philosopher that founded the Waldorf School movement, among many other things, the energy of summer calls us to an expanded opportunity for spiritual growth.\u00a0 I happen to agree with him.<\/p>\n

During the summer the energy flowing in from the cosmos combines with the expansive energies of life on the planet to open us spiritually.\u00a0 It is almost as though gravity cannot hold us and we are drawn into an expanded, spiritualized state.\u00a0 This is a wonderful time to be open to spirit.\u00a0 Meditating to become aware of this spiritual call will make you feel drawn into the light and wholeness of life and spirit.\u00a0 You will find it easier to connect with your guides and the Cosmic Christ energies which are seeking to awaken us to our own inner truth as we ascend.<\/p>\n

Alternately, you may need to expand your root chakra and draw on the presence of God below you\u00a0in order to stabilize your focus in ordinary reality!\u00a0 It is easy to get spaced out and be ungrounded during this time of the year!\u00a0 We no longer recommend grounding into the planet, as she is shifting so much, but instead ground into God below you, as deep and wide as you need to balance your spiritual energies.\u00a0 You can also ground into God above instead of the sun during this transition.<\/p>\n

Remember to meditate when you are in a safe and quiet place and to call yourself back to focus in your body and in\u00a0the present moment before you go about the rest of your day.\u00a0 This helps prevent accidents during this time of increased expansion.\u00a0 You may not realize how far you have traveled until you notice you are not all here!\u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
