Hello dear friends!\u00a0 The focus of world healing and ascension continues to build on what I wrote about last week.\u00a0 We are learning to own Higher Self more fully within body, aura, and soul.\u00a0 You might want to read last week\u2019s post if you haven\u2019t already, before getting into this less detailed guidance for navigating the current wave of changes.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s happening is that as we are grounding more fully into body, aura, and soul, there is a tremendous amount of clearing happening!\u00a0 Just a reminder, to think of this as your job in this incarnation, not as a problem or as your fault.\u00a0 We are in a rapid clearing phase. \u00a0It can happen much more easily and efficiently if you work it the way I am going to describe below.<\/p>\n

Symptoms of clearing may be emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual.\u00a0 First begin your day with an open heart, unified with Inner Wisdom and centered and grounded within your body and aura as taught in Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things Videos. \u00a0Or however you effectively ground, center in true identity and prepare for your day.\u00a0 Doing this, you will be on top of things, rather than being swamped by what is coming up.\u00a0 (See Resources below this post for the video series).<\/p>\n

The first requirement for quick clearing of whatever comes up is to remember who you are.\u00a0 You are your Inner Wisdom, eternal, enlightened, part of the Oneness.\u00a0 Identified with that eternal true self you are in a perfect position to co-create healing and ascension instead of getting trapped in negative old reactions that will show up along with whatever needs to clear.<\/p>\n

Next, what is coming up needs to be accepted and loved.\u00a0 This can be difficult, because this series of clearings brings up feelings and memories of victimhood, shame, guilt, hatred, blame and often physical pain or other body symptoms.\u00a0 So, remind yourself that this is your work, not your fault!\u00a0 You have these things within your life so that you can bring essence of truth of God into them through your unity with Inner Wisdom, your open heart, and your groundedness.<\/p>\n

Here’s the fun part!\u00a0 You can add this next level to make the healing and ascension rapid, potent, beautiful, and joyful! Remember your Angel Self, and the Angels of Everything?\u00a0 If you don\u2019t, you can read my post about that on this site when you type Angels of Everything into a search box.\u00a0 You definitely want to know the angels!<\/p>\n

We were angels in our first incarnations.\u00a0 These parts of our own souls bring to us the absolute certainty of unconditional love, our oneness with essence of truth of God, our innocence and our eternal perfection.\u00a0 They sweetly and effectively help us to meet old world negativity with the perspective that we are good, and the negativity is just our work in this life in service of all.\u00a0 We feel those negatives, think those things, carry them within us, but they are not who we are.\u00a0 Old world negativity within us is there to act as access points for our Higher Selves to bring healing and ascension to our human selves and our world.<\/p>\n

At the dawn of creation, angels sang the universe into being. \u00a0Their beautiful, complex voices are the creative impulse within life. Now as we are releasing the old world and co-creating the new world, they are maestros of this process!\u00a0 They are singing the new world into being from within atoms and molecules on up through all manifest life forms.<\/p>\n

Since my Hawaii Retreat in January, the Sea Turtles have been asking to join my work with the angels to help sing the new world into being.\u00a0 This seems strange to think of because turtles are silent in their physical selves.\u00a0 However, in spirit they sing like angels and bring deeper ground and effectiveness to the co-creation of the new world and the release of the old.\u00a0 The experience of working with this partnership is amazing!<\/p>\n

I wrote about working with the sea turtles on January 8th<\/sup> on this site in the post called Sea Turtles & Nelson Mandela Team Up.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

Sea turtles are usually Master Beings in physical bodies.\u00a0 You may invite them to sing within you with your angel self, and the angels of each part of your body, emotion, mind, ego, and soul.\u00a0 Invite them to work with your angels to sing the new world into being within you and clear out the old-world blocks, limitations, traumas, health issues, and stresses.\u00a0 The energy of this is so joyfully healing and uplifting.\u00a0 I know you will be deeply touched by it and feel better quickly!<\/p>\n

We partnered with Angels and Sea Turtles during last week\u2019s Monthlies Class and many people commented how effective and lovely it was to work with them.\u00a0 The work we did together was astounding.<\/p>\n

Another beautiful tool of mine came to mind when I needed it this week.\u00a0 It is called Sewing.\u00a0 It is a way of bringing unity and healing to deeply isolated, stuck, self-hating, untrusting places within our body, emotions, mind, and soul. \u00a0Very stuck parts of us can\u2019t heal and ascend because they are lost in memories, and dark beliefs about themselves and life.\u00a0 Once re-unified with Inner Wisdom then healing and ascension can happen.\u00a0 Below is a link to an article I wrote for my monthly Body Mind Spirit Guide column that teaches this simple and effective process:<\/p>\n
