A number of opportunities arose to clear layers of mental irritability and associated emotional reactivity and explosiveness.\u00a0 I found this in woman and men and across all generations.<\/p>\n
I perceived the mental irritability as a layer of inflammation that can become destructive energy. \u00a0Then I discovered a way to initiate healing and clearing of it not only in that layer of the world aura, but also through ascending genetic molecules to help work this out of people\u2019s bodies and auras, and especially endocrine systems.<\/p>\n
The emotional irritability showed up as a giant cosmic scream.\u00a0 I was meditating and warned that it was coming, and immediately there it was.\u00a0 While it was quite jarring, I was grateful to be in position to respond to that in the same ways as I had with the mental irritability.<\/p>\n
Both of those energies are a kind of negative charge that can build up in people from the old world aura and their own endocrine glands and genetics.\u00a0 It\u2019s not necessarily caused by the immediate circumstances of life.\u00a0 It is more of a subliminal buildup of irritation that reaches a critical intensity which is then is prone to downloading onto any person or circumstance.\u00a0 It is most commonly directed at any individual who is vulnerable enough to kick.<\/p>\n
Obviously, this condition is coming to a head in our world.\u00a0 Our leadership has demonstrated that these kinds of behaviors are acceptable and even justified and many people are happy to follow that lead.\u00a0 This piece of work is my 4th of July gift to the USA!\u00a0 May we all be blessed by it!<\/p>\n
I observed a foundational element of the emotional irritability; one that brought this influence into our world, being re-contracted, healed and cleared across all lifetimes.\u00a0 I am so grateful!<\/p>\n
As spiritual people seeking to build love in the world, we still have these layers of ourselves to overcome and this week\u2019s work is helping to heal that within us.\u00a0 We have been working on these things; gaining mastery as we learn to neither stuff them, nor download them.<\/p>\n
An alternative that I have been teaching includes how to hold open heart even during negative emotions and thoughts.\u00a0 Then calling in our own Inner Widom and Higher Self to unify with the emotions, reactions, negative thoughts, and destructive forces within us, we can let them be transformed into wholeness, unity, wisdom, and unconditional love.\u00a0 Just by holding that unity, maybe taking a time out, or a walk while we do so. \u00a0Letting go of any perceived justifications for our reactions, allows us to come back to our true selves and find harmony and eventually right responses can flow through. That is one example of how we can empower unconditional love within ourselves and our world.<\/p>\n
There are times when anger flows as a right response from unconditional love.\u00a0 That\u2019s why we call it unconditional.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t say you must always be happy and nice.\u00a0 Expecting to be that way can be self-defeating.\u00a0 The difference is that when we have an open heart and center in our truth, anger becomes a precise tool that can be expressed in the perfect way and time. \u00a0To do this well requires a strong and deep commitment to holding open heart, center and unity in unconditional love.\u00a0 This is what all my work is promoting.\u00a0 As people do that, they gain mastery and begin co-creating.\u00a0 Co-creating is right use of all our potentials.<\/p>\n
One of the results of uncontrolled reactivity of mind and emotion is what I call the \u201cWorld Destroyer\u201d forces that have existed as part of the old world.\u00a0 These are dynamics which I work with frequently on all levels of body and soul and world.\u00a0 I loved my experience this week working on these issues, because I was able to see what was needed with a clearer focus that is now available.\u00a0 There is a new ability for our world to clear the layers of negative planetary and human aura as we are ascending.\u00a0 Most people will not be aware of that because it will take time for that \u201crunaway horse of reactive negativity\u201d to slow down and come into a safe stable of unconditional love and wholeness.\u00a0 But you can work with this within yourself which will speed that process for all our world.<\/p>\n
Forgiveness is a huge element of healing and ascension.\u00a0 Forgiveness of self because we are tainted with the same human brush as others and fall off our pedestal of perfect expression, emotions, and thoughts.\u00a0 Forget the pedestal and just bring love wherever you find yourself!\u00a0 Forgiveness of others because they are playing a role that is required of them in our lives and world.<\/p>\n
Forgiveness is not the same as condoning behavior.\u00a0 It accepts that there is a reason for it as a tool for evolution and ascension.\u00a0 Forgiveness is a process focused on mastering one\u2019s own reactions, judgments, fears, and negativity.\u00a0 This allows us to respond appropriately in ways that bring the new world into the experiences of our lives.\u00a0 Each of us must find our own way to live that journey in each moment.<\/p>\n
