So much is new over the past month, that though it is positive change, ascending us more into the new world, I was told you could use some help adapting.<\/p>\n

You and our world have been shifting exponentially over this past year, until change has become the norm.\u00a0 It still comes in waves, but even so, it has begun to feel constant. We are getting used to it, I think.\u00a0 Learning to keep our center and our ground and go with the flow.\u00a0 I am impressed by how well those I work with are doing.\u00a0 Using the skills I have given you, has made you able to thrive even during challenging transformation.<\/p>\n

Still change can make us grumpy, fatigued, and unsettled.\u00a0 Below I will share ways to move beyond that and be more at home with yourself each step of the way.<\/p>\n

First, here is a list of some of the changes, more or less in order of how I have seen them progressing since February and my amazingly productive Hawaii World Ascension Personal Retreat.\u00a0 All these effects have been increasing in the past four weeks. \u00a0These are positive changes.<\/p>\n

I have been shown that our rapid changes have moved us safely past some potentially traumatic world events.\u00a0 We are doing what is needed and so some really nasty possibilities did not need to manifest to make us change.\u00a0 We bypassed those problems. Good work everyone!<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t let your mind get overwhelmed by the following list.\u00a0 Just recognize that these things are happening.\u00a0 That you are being supported in your ascension.\u00a0 You can trust that there is a higher intelligence at work in your life and our world.<\/p>\n

Here is the progressive list of recent changes:<\/p>\n

Ascended Atoms<\/strong> \u2013 New world atoms that hold perfect unity with Higher Self grounded into our bodies and world are continuing to proliferate.\u00a0 This is helping generate the raw material of life needed for our bodies and our planet to ascend.\u00a0 They emerged in February during my work with the Pacific Ocean and have continued to facilitate beautiful transformation into the new world.<\/p>\n

Genetic Upgrades<\/strong> \u2013 We\u2019ve been receiving a series of progressively new world versions of our genetic makeup, which are gradually helping us to release our old-world selves and ascend into the new world.\u00a0 Releasing and clearing hereditary blocks which we no longer need and growing our new world bodies capable of holding unity with Higher Self.<\/p>\n

Contractual Upgrades<\/strong> \u2013 Releasing limited old-world contracts that have defined us in the past, we are receiving updated contracts which facilitate the amazing new world potentials to emerge within our lives and our world.<\/p>\n

Soul Rotation<\/strong> \u2013 We are releasing old world limited and damaged soul elements back into the Oneness and receiving more enlightened aspects of our own soul in their place.\u00a0 Soul is a spiritual energy body you have built across all lifetimes that allows your Higher Self to live within your human self.\u00a0 It is vast and mostly in spirit.\u00a0 Now you are receiving more and more of that into this lifetime, making your many gifts and strengths increasingly available to help you co-create the new world.\u00a0 You may feel relief from major blocks that are no longer holding you separate from your truth as this occurs.<\/p>\n

Back Stage Clearing<\/strong> \u2013 Clearing of old-world blocks and energy structures that have defined our reality but been mostly invisible to us \u2013 behind the curtain of the theater stage of our lives.\u00a0 See last week\u2019s post for more about this.<\/p>\n

Other Upgrades –<\/strong> People might be experiencing or will experience the following things in their own way and time.\u00a0 These include receiving higher vibration versions of New World Chakras, recognizing and releasing or finding mastery within toxic relationships, finding strength to face life challenges or moving on from them, economic changes, increased unity and sovereignty,<\/p>\n

The planetary vibration<\/strong> is rising significantly too, making us feel slightly unsettled.\u00a0 All if this means that we need to learn to live in new ways.<\/p>\n

Though many people don\u2019t recognize these shifts consciously or even believe in them, they are each playing a necessary role in this transformation.\u00a0 I find that they are also being transformed in their own right way and time because their Higher Selves regularly show up as I am working and ask for help receiving needed changes.<\/p>\n

Stress symptoms of change can include feeling irritable, unsettled, fatigued, not knowing how to be yourself within your life and world, physical discomfort, and pain. Recognize that you can take steps to move yourself into each new focus of self and find comfort in that new place.\u00a0 Those same steps strengthen and ease your ascension.<\/p>\n
