The polarized dynamic of human predatory and victim roles and experiences has been a theme this week for world healing and ascension.\u00a0 Neither role is new world.\u00a0 Whichever side we find ourselves on, it is a false identity whose time has come to be resolved into sovereign true identity.\u00a0 The journey of ascension is definitely making progress on this challenge.<\/p>\n
I am going to discuss this polarized old world dynamic, not to frighten people or focus on the negative.\u00a0 But to help people to step up to their true power and wholeness and to own it.\u00a0 In that lies safety, success in the world, and ascension.\u00a0 When we hold our power, predators seek easier prey.<\/p>\n
The gift of the predator for our ascension process is to cause us to grow strong, self-aware, ascend.\u00a0 Most people have elements of predator within them.\u00a0 In normal ways we would call this competitiveness, aggression, anger, energy stealing, and often an inverse\/underlying feeling of being unworthy.\u00a0 For people with a lot of that, where they don\u2019t act out toward others, they are self-damaging through negative thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors.\u00a0 The presence of someone who is not holding their power, who\u2019s vitality and energy is unprotected and available to be nabbed, draws the predator from those who are open to acting out that aspect of themselves.<\/p>\n
A graphic analogy of this is blood on the water to a shark.\u00a0 The leaky life force of another person attracts predators in much the same way.\u00a0 The shark isn\u2019t evil, it is fulfilling the role it accepted for the old-world experience.\u00a0 It teaches people to be self-aware, self-caring, protective of their invaluable life and life force.<\/p>\n
Alternately, those who are not predatory tend to want to feel safe in the world without protecting their selves.\u00a0 They may choose to only focus on what they want to experience and ignore or forget about the sharks in the world.\u00a0 Or they may have learned to retreat from their power to hide behind an image and sense of powerlessness as a way to not appear to be a threat, believing that in that is safety.\u00a0 This generally does the opposite of keeping people safe.\u00a0 It attracts predators because the one who has surrendered their power is allowing it to leak out through all the aspects of their selves that they are denying.\u00a0 Where power is denied, predators are drawn, like sharks.\u00a0 But we don’t have to be afraid, we just need to build our wholeness and protect it.\u00a0 Then we are not attractive to predators.<\/p>\n
Not all predators are obvious.\u00a0 There are many ways to steal people\u2019s power that can be missed by those who are not paying attention to the effects others have on them.\u00a0 It can be obvious evil such as rapists.\u00a0 But much more often it is those who intimidate us or seduce us to steal our energy.\u00a0 Then there are those who simply download their hateful energy onto others, rather than contend with their own self-loathing.\u00a0 They may appear to be powerful and superior, but those who have to act that way hate themselves and are denying it by stealing power from others to make them feel strong and superior.<\/p>\n
I have learned this the hard way!\u00a0 And have often shared my story of how those who I gave my power away to almost killed me \u2013 but didn\u2019t!\u00a0 Ultimately the gifts of those experiences have made me very strong and self-aware. \u00a0It has also made me compassionate for myself and for those who live in hateful ways. \u00a0I have learned that the only way to be safe is to own my power and become whole.\u00a0 This is a journey that I am still enjoying!\u00a0 It isn\u2019t a one step victory.\u00a0 It is a moment by moment victory over fear that continues to drive me to own my power, to ascend, and to help others do the same.<\/p>\n
Where people have been damaged by predators, they have what I think of as an \u201cinner bunny\u201d (LOL).\u00a0 It trembles in fear because it knows the predators are out there.\u00a0 People like me get to overcome the fear of their inner bunny day after day.\u00a0 But this is the goad that can make us choose to become strong rather than following the instinct to cower and hide.<\/p>\n
This is one reason I am always teaching the tools to grow your wholeness, unity, and co-creative partnership with Higher Self.\u00a0 All people can find their success and safety through holding boundaries, caring for themselves and learning to co-create.\u00a0 Those that appear to find success through predatory, dog-eat-dog, or energy stealing behavior most likely are still cowering bunnies inside.\u00a0 They behave aggressive as a way to protect that vulnerability and insecurity, but it doesn\u2019t work because it is always there with them regardless.<\/p>\n
Only building unity between your human self and your divine self and then grounding that into the Earth comforts the inner bunny.\u00a0 And it does that by protecting you from predators, both the predator within and its hatefulness toward self, and the sharks without in the ocean of life.<\/p>\n
These polarized roles are evolving out of the world as the world ascends.\u00a0 That is why they seem so prevalent in our world today.\u00a0 Healers call this a \u201chealing crisis\u201d.\u00a0 Where all the toxic states rise to the surface to be worked out of the system.<\/p>\n
As a vulnerable human facing off sharks, you don\u2019t take them on by hand and succeed!\u00a0 You have to call in the bigger support. That support is there for us when we hold unity with Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, and the Higher Power which I call essence of truth of God.\u00a0 (That is the clearest focus of the One that we are all a part of that we can access at the present time, beyond people\u2019s religious ideas about it).<\/p>\n
In that unity we can face the world with the understanding that we only have to do our best.\u00a0 We can let essence of truth of God do the rest.\u00a0 When we ground our higher spiritual selves into the world it generates a substantial energy of life, a substance which allows Higher Power to act within our lives.\u00a0 I call that substance Holy Spirit\/Force of Unity, and I call the process of allowing Higher Power to act within and through us co-creation.<\/p>\n
When we are identifying with or reacting to the \u201cinner bunny\u201d we get ungrounded and the power leaks out of us and attracts predators.\u00a0 It also limits the ability for co-creation because the energy that is needed to hold that unity and allow spirit to act in the world is diminished by the power leakage.<\/p>\n
So, when we are facing challenges and feel the inner bunny quaking within, we can focus on building unity and strength.\u00a0 We can stand in our wholeness and surround the vulnerable bunny in unconditional love and power.\u00a0 We don\u2019t let the inner bunny direct our lives.\u00a0 Some people say \u201cfeel the fear and do it anyway\u201d.\u00a0 Even more, feel the fear and use it as a motivator to strengthen unity, wholeness, ground and generate the substance of life.\u00a0 Hold it strong, sacred, don\u2019t let it leak out.\u00a0 Don\u2019t give it away.\u00a0 Stand in your power and let Higher Power co-create with you what is needed for your well-being and success.<\/p>\n
It helps to think of the inner bunny as your child within which you can protect and parent.\u00a0 Don\u2019t identify with the child, but be the parent who will do what is needed to provide and protect.<\/p>\n
In doing this you will do more than survive and thrive\u2026you will ascend. Because Holy Spirit\/Force of Unity will be strong in you, it will raise you into unity with your Higher Self, which is ascension. As you ascend your power to co-create becomes increasingly strong.<\/p>\n
From that newly strong place, if you find yourself beginning to identify with your inner bunny and lose energy, you will have more power to leak than before you grew strong!\u00a0 You may find the outer predatory energies you attract are stronger than before.\u00a0 However, you will be strong enough to handle that and will learn from it the importance of owning and holding your power.\u00a0 When you return to your focus of unity and build your boundaries and ground, you will find the predators have no power over you.<\/p>\n
We have contracted prior to each lifetime for the outer predators we need.\u00a0 They nudge, poke, push, and force us into owning our power!\u00a0 Much better to own your power by choice than to neglect that and bring yourself into peril that forces you to grow strong from a very weak place.\u00a0 You are going to become whole and sovereign eventually.\u00a0 You have the choice to do it willingly or do it through difficulties.\u00a0 Willingly is infinitely easier.<\/p>\n
The tools listed in Resources for Ascension below this post are all aimed to support this journey of wholeness, self-actualization, power, protection, and co-creation.\u00a0 To grow your power and stay strong requires a consistent daily commitment.\u00a0 Whatever you do, always build as much strength and wholeness as you will need for each day.\u00a0 Some days will require more than others to meet the challenges ahead through the strength of wholeness and co-creation.<\/p>\n
