One of the amazing trends at this time in ascension is an increase of soul rotation.\u00a0 This allows us to release blocked and limited elements of soul from the old world and rotates in more advanced aspects of soul from the vast body of our soul which exists in spirit.<\/p>\n

Our soul is a vast spiritual body that we have built through all our lifetimes.\u00a0 It contains all that we have mastered, gained, learned, and grown through in all of our incarnations combined.\u00a0 For each individual incarnation, a certain amount of that spiritual body is chosen to provide a vehicle for Higher Self to act within a physical body.\u00a0 The particular gifts and strengths that we choose to come in with is limited because our goal in each life is to grow new soul muscles that our Higher Self needs once we are ascended, as well as to assist us to ascend.<\/p>\n

As the new world grows within us, we get to let go of parts of soul which have been damaged in the old world.\u00a0 These have commonly been called inner children or soul parts.\u00a0 After years of trying to heal all damaged soul parts and integrate them into the present lifetime, I learned that not all parts of us are contracted to stay with us throughout an incarnation, but that there is a natural rotation of soul.\u00a0 Letting go of broken or outdated soul parts allows a person to rise in vibration and be released from limitations like negative beliefs about ourself or the world, PTSD, chronic fear and anxiety, hyper-vigilance, social anxiety and self-destructive or defeating behaviors.<\/p>\n

This process of soul rotation has been familiar to me for over 20 years.\u00a0 However, recently I have observed it occurring with increasing frequency and with larger elements of soul.\u00a0 Sometimes it is an exchange of old for new.\u00a0 Sometimes it is simply a receiving of new elements who have been chosen by our Higher Self to join with us to help with this phase of ascension.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve come to recognize that as we ascend, we will continue to receive infusions of soul elements which combine within us to form a comprehensive body of enlightenment, strengths, and skills that our Higher Selves need to incarnate fully and co-create in the new world.<\/p>\n

This is particularly exciting!\u00a0 A glimpse of who we are becoming which can help us to step out of our limited old world ego identity and into the new.\u00a0 We are not limited by what we currently are, have, know.\u00a0 We will gradually receive more as we are ready.\u00a0 This will allow us to become what we have always known we had potential for, but never knew how we would get there from here.\u00a0 We are becoming even more than we had imagined or sensed we could become, as we ascend.<\/p>\n

Working currently with this for many of the huge soul groups in our world, I am seeing the releasing of blocks that have defined humanity in the past.\u00a0 \u00a0I find myself welcoming elements of enlightened Higher Self into the places where great negativity has been, and what a joy that is!<\/p>\n

Even the genetic molecules carry soul elements and today I worked with initiating soul rotation at that level to happen as soul groups are ready for that.\u00a0 I sensed so much enlightened goodness awakening at that level!<\/p>\n

Does this help you to understand how we can get from here into the ascended new world experience?\u00a0 We have to stop thinking linearly and horizontally, trying to extrapolate in our minds how to find our way into enlightenment from where we are now in this crazy old-world state.\u00a0 As our vibrations rise, we see the illusions dissipate and the unconditional love awakening.<\/p>\n
