I have a new puppy and as I was playing with him the other day, it came to me that he\u00a0plays very\u00a0purposefully.\u00a0 What struck me was that I need to be purposeful very playfully!<\/p>\n

As we undergo change, we can get tense.\u00a0 Try to relax and enjoy whatever you are doing, as though\u00a0enjoying\u00a0whatever you were doing\u00a0were\u00a0the\u00a0purpose of the activity.\u00a0 I like to think of creating a life that God would like to live, which helps me out when I am being too serious.\u00a0 Be gentle with yourself as you ride these waves of change.<\/p>\n

Everything is ascending on schedule and going as it should, regardless of how it looks, both within\u00a0your outer reality and your inner one!\u00a0 We can’t control it all, so maybe we can find\u00a0some humor within everything and love it for being itself, even when it seems\u00a0unenlightened or dysfunctional!<\/p>\n
