Since the Pacific Ocean helped me to initiate ascending atoms work our new world bodies are being activated!\u00a0 It makes this process faster and more comfortable when people actively participate in it.<\/p>\n
Many people are experiencing bodily discomfort lately as part of their ascension process.\u00a0 The need for greater integration of new world body is responsible for that.\u00a0 As I have been working to address this issue, the following things have been helpful:<\/p>\n
**First of all, unity between our physical body and our Higher Self is the essence of ascension of body and needs to be strong.\u00a0 For this I center and identify with my Inner Wisdom as \u201cme\u201d.\u00a0 This requires a letting go of my old-world belief that I am my body, and personality.\u00a0 This first step, while familiar to all my students always has to be addressed to deepen this reality.\u00a0 Even experienced students and light workers have to constantly clarify this fact to own the experience.\u00a0 Our old world ego and body identity is habitual.<\/p>\n
Inner Wisdom is a seed of Higher Self within the body and is most easily perceived deep within our open heart chakra.<\/p>\n
Higher Self is your piece of the Oneness from which all life flows, which I call essence of truth of God.\u00a0 Or, the clearest focus of the One I can access at this time beyond people\u2019s religious ideas about that.<\/p>\n
I need to clarify these things so people can embrace this important step.\u00a0 Even though it is review for most of you.<\/p>\n
I accept no boxes on the Oneness!\u00a0 But years ago, I decided that religious people don\u2019t get to have exclusive rights to the term God.\u00a0 I don\u2019t believe there are any boxes on that Oneness, or any limits on our access to it.\u00a0 No interface by others needed \u2013 priests, ministers, other authorities.\u00a0 No retribution for what we believe or don\u2019t believe.\u00a0 We are each a part of that Oneness. It is our most primal focus of self!\u00a0 So, I coined the term essence of truth of God to help myself and others move beyond our religious PTSD and own our truth freely.<\/p>\n
This is important to our ascension work because unity between our bodies and that Oneness is required both for healing and ascension. \u00a0This unity is the goal of ascension and so it will grow within us as we ascend. It isn\u2019t necessary that you use the same words for that Oneness as I or anyone else.\u00a0 But it is the connection and openness to it which I have found to be essential.\u00a0 The old world tells us we are not God and are separate from that One.\u00a0 This is a lie.\u00a0 We are each an essential part of that Oneness, always have been, always will be.\u00a0 Higher Self is a good term because it doesn\u2019t tend to push the religious buttons.\u00a0 Our Higher Self is our piece of the One.<\/p>\n
I have a phrase that I use which helps me to own my unity with the One within my body. This is something that is still quite challenging to hold consistently, though it is growing easier so, I use this phrase frequently.\u00a0 Whenever I feel disconnected, ungrounded, or have pain in my body, or feel psychically vulnerable, feel hurt by others, or so many other times I find this phrase works well for me.\u00a0 You can change the wording if needed.\u00a0 As long as you are seeking the unity with Higher Self and the Oneness it will help achieve your goal whichever words you find work for you.<\/p>\n
This is an absolute statement of our true self and it is powerful!\u00a0 Here is the phrase:<\/p>\n
For this work, I begin by centering in my Inner Wisdom.<\/p>\n

Find that in Resources<\/em> below this post under Video Gallery<\/em>.)<\/p>\n I identify with my Inner Wisdom as myself and then bring a focus of myself to my body.\u00a0 I could focus either overall on my body\u2019s atoms or on a particular body part that is having problems.<\/p>\n Once focused there, I use the phrase I gave you to awaken the unity.<\/p>\n ** Secondly \u2013 Once I have achieved that first level of unity between my Inner Wisdom, my body and essence of truth of God, I will be feeling alive and anchored and unified.\u00a0 Then I am ready for the next piece.<\/p>\n I welcome the ascended atoms of my body.\u00a0 About 40% of our atoms are ascended now and they show up with a lot of focus, strength, and beautiful life force.\u00a0 As you engage with them in your body you will feel a stronger and more joyful energy awaken.\u00a0 Your body\u2019s vibration will begin to rise.<\/p>\n ** Thirdly \u2013 You may notice a change beginning to happen in your molecules as you focus on your body’s atoms.\u00a0 Welcome Higher Self to work with the atoms to help your molecules ascend as well.<\/p>\n ** Fourth \u2013 Now ask to live in your new world body!<\/p>\n I am finding this request to make a huge difference for myself.\u00a0 However, I need to ask for it repeatedly.<\/p>\n Whenever I feel pain or other discomfort, even of emotion and mind, asking for my new world body lightens those symptoms or even eliminates them!\u00a0 But because I have a habit of living in my old world body, the discomfort returns when I lose my new world focus. I bet you will find the same for awhile yet.
