Wherever you feel hurt, resentment, frustration, anger, blame or any negative state this will work: God, be here with me in this place where there is hurt between me and some person or circumstance.\u00a0 Open your heart to God&#8217;s presence to come\u00a0right into the yuck.<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211;
