{"id":4303,"date":"2025-01-02T15:47:50","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T20:47:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=4303"},"modified":"2025-01-02T16:08:59","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T21:08:59","slug":"an-in-depth-look-at-inner-wisdom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=4303","title":{"rendered":"An In-Depth Look at Inner Wisdom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Inner Wisdom is your essential, eternal, divine self within your human body.\u00a0 The concept is helpful, but the experience is what you need.\u00a0 To grow that experience until you confidently know that your Inner Wisdom is you and <em>human<\/em> is just an experience you are having, is important for ascension.\u00a0 I feel it is time to support your growth into this reality more fully.<\/p>\n<p>The following instructions are already familiar to anyone who has worked with me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug. Like you are hugging the most important person in your life.\u00a0 A big unconditionally loving hug.\u00a0 Hold this until you are in your feelings and out of your head.\u00a0 Hold it until you feel the love flow and be received.<\/li>\n<li>Allow your breath to carry your focus into your open, new world, heart chakra. Center there.<\/li>\n<li>Step back into yourself energetically until you feel like your spine is the middle of you instead of the back of you. That puts you in the middle of your aura.\n<ul>\n<li>You will know you are there when you feel an increased openness and relaxation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>There in that still place within, welcome your Inner Wisdom \u2013 the seed of your eternal self, planted within your body when you incarnated.\n<ul>\n<li>As you encounter your Inner Wisdom, there is a sense of clear, sweet rightness, of trustworthiness and unconditional love.<\/li>\n<li>It may be subtle at first, but with practice you get to know it well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is how I begin my day and all my activities both personal and spiritual work. \u00a0It is how I start when I teach any of my tools.\u00a0 Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 Through this you step out of mental focus and into unity with Higher Self, which is one with the One that I call essence of truth of God (The clearest focus of the One we can access at the moment, beyond people\u2019s ideas about that.\u00a0 Not an idea, but the actual Oneness that we are all a part of and from which all life has been born).<\/p>\n<p>The most challenging part of doing spiritual work is the habit we have of directing everything from our mental focus.\u00a0 For some crazy reason, people have gotten the idea that our minds hold all of our answers to everything.\u00a0 That they hold the necessary focus and wisdom needed for all we are and believe and do.\u00a0 We know from our experience that this isn\u2019t true, but regardless, we keep trying to do things from our minds \u2013 even our spiritual work!<\/p>\n<p>The mind is like your eyes.\u00a0 It perceives things, (it also remembers them) but it doesn\u2019t generate them.\u00a0 Your eyes can\u2019t change what they see, and they don\u2019t always understand how to respond to what they see.\u00a0 The same with your mind.\u00a0 To live from mental focus limits you to what you already know, or what you can find out from other people and what they know.\u00a0 It is often the blind leading the blind.\u00a0 It is limited to our human consciousness which is a very small part of who we are.<\/p>\n<p>Accessing Inner Wisdom, we open a flow of unconditional love, unity, wisdom, and understanding of what is required of us in the moment that is massive and comprehensive.\u00a0 It won\u2019t show us everything we want to know, but it will awaken within us what we need for what is required next.\u00a0 This is enough to succeed in each moment and circumstance of life.\u00a0 When we need more than the present moment, it will come to us with a deep sense of what is right and true for our future actions.<\/p>\n<p>Our minds can participate in sorting through the input, but don\u2019t be deluded into thinking that your mind generates it all or even understands what it is perceiving without guidance from Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 Feeling and instinct are also needed, as well as just the deep inner knowing which is a clear wellspring of unity within us.\u00a0 All this combines to lift understanding to our heart and then usually our mind can understand it too.\u00a0 This then helps us remember next time we need this, that something is possible, and that help is available through your Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 But mind then tends to forget Inner Wisdom and decides it knows what is needed and how to do it.\u00a0 That doesn\u2019t really work though.\u00a0 Each situation and moment is unique and requires the intuitive wholeness of understanding that Inner Wisdom brings.<\/p>\n<p>We are eternal spiritual beings.\u00a0 We have massive soul bodies in spirit which hold skills we have mastered through our other lifetimes.\u00a0 We are part of higher levels of self which we could call Higher Self.\u00a0 Within that there are aspects of our soul group which have already ascended to Master and Ascended Master levels of soul. Through Inner Widom we can experience unity with the Oneness that I call essence of truth of God.\u00a0 This connection brings the ultimate guidance and support for of how our present choices fit in with the greater good for ourselves and all life. \u00a0From our Inner Wisdom focus we have access to all of that.\u00a0 With practice this can become a smooth flow of unconditional love and wisdom into the confusion and complications of our lives and our world.\u00a0 This is what we need now to succeed at this phase of life on Earth.<\/p>\n<p>So, when we begin our day, or our meditations by stepping into our Inner Wisdom focus, we can allow our minds, hearts, egos, and souls to receive that flow of enlightenment.\u00a0 Our human self can rest in that partnership.\u00a0 To follow it, rather than to try to lead.\u00a0 Those parts of us begin to relax and settle into the clear, supportive energy and flow as we allow it to direct our actions and choices.<\/p>\n<p>Your Inner Wisdom is you in eternity.\u00a0 It starts as a little focus of that within you, which with practice grows into your trusted advisor within and becomes your new world self-identity.<\/p>\n<p>Inner Wisdom can awaken within every atom, molecule, cell, and organ of your body, including your brain.\u00a0 When awake within you, it clears negativity and separation and grows unity, wholeness, health, and success.\u00a0 Once you grow strong in accessing Inner Wisdom through my instructions above, you can expand the focus into parts of your body which don\u2019t function all that well.\u00a0 Centering your identity as Inner Wisdom within those places and just being there in unconditional love, you will begin to release blocks and grow wholeness.<\/p>\n<p>As you do your spiritual meditations from Inner Wisdom, you will feel relaxed and easy.\u00a0 Whenever you slip back to mental focus, you will feel pressure in your head and third eye, or like all the energy is in your head and shoulders.\u00a0 This is the message that you are trying with your mind, instead of allowing Inner Wisdom to flow and direct things.\u00a0 When that happens, re-center within Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 It helps if you also ground more fully into belly and root to stabilize your energy so you can stay in that focus more fully.<\/p>\n<p>As you gain skill at that, you can begin practicing focusing from Inner Wisdom while walking or exercising.\u00a0 While driving your car or doing housework.\u00a0 While being around people who tend to upset your equilibrium.\u00a0 Work with Inner Wisdom until your mind and heart turn toward that focus habitually, instead of trying to do things in the old habitual ways of working merely from your human will power and limited clarity.\u00a0 Centering as I teach in Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things Videos (See <strong>Resources<\/strong> below this post) will help you master Inner Wisdom throughout your day and night.<\/p>\n<p>You will find great strength flows through you when you live from your Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 People will begin to feel that and will listen to what you have to say with more respect.\u00a0 You will find that you are a leader in your life, instead of a follower or a victim of other people\u2019s will power.\u00a0 You will have authority based on the integrity of this unity with Higher Self through your Inner has been accomplished now for you and for other people and all life on Earth and our planet as well.\u00a0 Each of us are ascending into the wholeness and unity that is our own Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 You can speed your human ascension by strengthening partnership with Inner Wisdom within your human self.<\/p>\n<p>Your Inner Wisdom doesn\u2019t need to ascend.\u00a0 It is already one with the One.\u00a0 That is what your human self is ascending to become too.\u00a0 The answer to all of your needs is present within you.\u00a0 It\u2019s time to grow your mastery by shifting identity from limited human to Divine Oneness.\u00a0 Inner Wisdom is the way this can be done.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m proud to share this journey with you, my friends.\u00a0 I have watched you grow so much in recent
